フロントスタッフが愛想悪いがレストランの男性スタッフはとても感じが良く朝食も品揃えが多く大変美味しかった。 部屋も広く、設備には不満はない。 周辺環境について、駅からも近くロケーションは良いが、周りの道などは汚い。

Room was nice overall, and the staff friendly. The only drawback was that since the room faced the prevailing winds, it was chilly at times on the 6th floor. When I had a shower, the wash gel was empty. I mentioned this to staff on check-out and I’m sure that the gel will be refilled.

Extremely friendly reception staff when we arrived. They even tried to find us a room when we arrived in the morning to drop our bags. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and one of the best showers I've ever stood under.

Hotel has had a revamp. Clean and modern. Great check in staff, rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast amazing. All staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Close to city centre, but far enough out from the noise of the city. We will definitely be staying again.

This is the first time I ever stayed in this hotel.Most of the budget friendly hotels I have ever stayed in were very disappointing but this one exceeded my expectations.On arriving, straight away the staff were polite and very efficient. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite good. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I am in Birmingham.

What a find! Friendly efficient welcome. Spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast! Continental or full English, beautifully presented, no queuing very relaxed. Service was super, nothing was too much trouble.

Great stay , room was spotless bed was comfy only downfall was a car alarm going off every two mins from 2am -6am so didn’t sleep but that was nothing to do with hotel , the breakfast was really nice , no negatives about this hotel at all , will be staying again for sure. Hotel itself is nice enough, clean etc and the breakfast is nice and plentiful. However the surrounding area is rough and the clientele leave a lot to be desired. Staff are helpful enough but the bar is poorly stocked.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed with the quality of the hotel checking was quick and easy staff were friendly and informative we stayed in room 209 the room was immaculate had everything we needed we asked for extra pillows which were provided happily . the breakfast was amazing plenty of choices for all tastes really good quality ingredients for us it’s 5 stars and would recommend this hotel within easy walking distance to the city centre and lots of pubs and restaurants for evening dining parked opposite the hotel ( not hotel car park ) not many spaces but we got in used the ringo app to pay for parking easy cost £7:50 for 24hrs shout out to the young lady running the breakfast area who was excellent and running it single handed we would definitely use the B&B hotel when we return to Birmingham
