We had contact with the front desk staff and they were fantastic!! Very helpful with everything!! We will be back!

Property was nice and experience was smooth. The design of the rooms is not optimal. We asked for connecting rooms and while we got rooms next to each other, there was no connecting door. Also the layout of the room is strange - with the bathroom at the foot of the beds and the TV off to one side. The bathroom was also a little dated or just needed some deep cleaning.

Great staff, quiet hotel.

The staff was amazing, the room was terrible, it was hot the AC doesn’t work, the bathroom shower was damaged, or too cold or too hot….

The staff at the Spring Hill Suites were attentive and friendly. The Hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast selections were plentiful. Convenient access to Interstate 95 and a short ride to most major attractions. Overall a great stay.

O check in foi muito tranquilo, fomos bem recebidos porém o banheiro do quarto não havia sido higienizado, estava muito sujo, com claros sinais e vestígios do hóspede anterior, o carpete não havia sido aspirado, os lençóis estavam amassados dando a impressão de que não haviam sido trocados. Informei à recepção e prontamente nos deram outro quarto, que apesar de mal conservado estava limpo.

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. London was very helpful and informative about the hotel and amenities that were available for guest at the hotel. I would definitely stay at Springhill Suites again.

Great room

$300 for the night and to find a very tiny room , dirty couch and very old and stained mattress this hotel really need a renovation form the inside . The cables cords from tv and and lamps are visible and they look bad other thing the room smell humid . Honestly very old and dirty hotel.

Very nice staff. Bathrooms need updating but overall I loved it!

Our room was large and clean. The breakfast is very adequate and we appreciated the fact that styrofoam plates and bowls were NOT used. Fitness center is good. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Wi-Fi worked well.

El colchón de una de las camas olía muy mal porque estaba orinado, la habitación olía mal y estaba mal aseada. La alfombra de las áreas comunes está sucia y huele mal. El desayuno termina a las 9:30 am y a las 9 ya no había por la cantidad de gente y no repusieron más, varias personas nos quedamos sin desayunar. No hay reposición del café las 24 horas.
