スタッフは親切。 ホテルはトラバースのダウンタウンから車で5〜10分程度の距離なので、便利。ダウンタウンまでシャトルバスも運行しているそう。 ホテルは、レンジやミニ冷蔵庫があり子連れ家族でも比較的広め。 ホテル内のレストランも評価が高く何度か利用したが、料理の提供が遅く子連れだと待ち時間が辛い。 ホテル料金は高めだが、トラバース市内の他のホテル料金と比較するとおすすめのホテル。

最高のサービス、雰囲気。プール・スパも良い。コロナ対策もしっかりしている。 ただ、個人的にはベッドスプリンクラーがホテルの雰囲気に相応しいものではなかったと思った。好みの問題かも。

I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and the Cambria was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did need to get a roll away bed which made the room feel small but we were barely there. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area was open 24/7 which was a hit with my 8 year old. Would definitely stay again!

The people above us were up banging around until 3:00. We called the front desk but that didn’t seem to help. We had 3 kids with us that didn’t sleep either. Very frustrating for the price we paid.

Upom first entrance to the hotel it looks very sleek and classy. Upon checking in and getting into the room it didn't seem very kid/friendly. We recieve a noise complaint at 745pm because our 4 kids 8 and under were too loud which was just them playimg hide in seek im the room. Which I get was a bit loud but also not at 745, come on. The beds were not comfortable, very hard as if sleeping on a box spring only. There was a green ball in our room and a hair clip, i can only imagine that was left from previous occupants. The hotel itself was classy just not family accommodating.

Service was exceptional! Restaurant in hotel was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

No recycling containers. I didn't like that we were given an accessible room because of the bathroom with a roll in shower. Everything else was nice, especially the staff.

Perfect place to stay close to family for the holiday. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Nice and quiet hotel with an absolutely amazing restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

When we travel to Traverse City, we enjoy staying in the Cambria Hotel because the quality is excellent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great stay! This place is close to downtown, clean and a great room. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and a pool that stayed open all night long. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. I would give this place another chance and absolutely enjoyed everything else about it. The shuttle to downtown TC was great, driver was nice and very friendly also.
