I stayed here for one night before my flight. I wish I could have stayed longer. I'm definitely staying here again next time.

Great location, just outside the city centre but easy to walk in. Lovely reception area, helpful staff and large spacious room with great facilities. Air conditioning was also a welcome bonus as we arrived during the May heatwave!!

Thought you should be able to use the spa the day you check out, many hotels do this. Bar closed 11pm.

Handy location and the rooms are off a good Standard. The reception layout is really odd didn’t make sense. on arrival the staff member who was covering reception was also taking pictures for a party of other guests, chatting etc. this went on for 15 mins while the queue for check in got longer and longer I had also emailed the hotel twice before arrival with a request which was not acknowledged. When I checked in and made the request in person he said I should have sent an email a day or two before check in! Check out the person on the reception was lovely. Thank you. While I was there I also use the pool, both the pool and the changing rooms were not clean.

I thought the man checking us in was abrupt i notived other staff to the left more accomodating. Never saud have a nice stay. Didnt even ask if we wanted breakfast what time check out waa nothing literally just gave us our key. I just think if you ae the front man of the hotel and guests see you first then you should be more accomodating and polite

My wife and I came for a mini honeymoon a few days after we got married, the staff were extremely helpful and they upgraded our room and offered us some free wine with our meal! Definitely going back again

Asked for a room away from the lifts and noise. Was given a room right next to the lifts. Awake all night. Bright lights on the corridor, had to block the light with a towel under the door. Fire sensor gave off a bright flash intermittently all night - triggered a migraine. Lots of noise from other guests through the night and early morning. Check in - didn't tell me anything about the breakfast, WiFi, pool opening etc. Handed me the card and told me the room number. Very disappointed!

Booked for a night for business event, staff are accommodating and room is clean. It was a comfortable stay.

Air con doesn't go below 18 degrees. If you sleep on the cooler side this is tricky. Can't open windows either. Struggled with TV casting. Staff said they would come help. Never did.

Room was well proportioned and clean. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff were laid-back, calm and relaxed. They conveyed a sense of calm to the whole property really.

Great location for the AO arena. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and great public areas. Breakfast was very good, good coffee!!

Clean basic room. Attentive staff. When booking in Nov 2026 it was shown free access to the pool, however when checking in online the day before it popped up that a surcharge was now needed to use the pool. Very disappointing as this was why chose this specific hotel

Great hotel, beautiful rooms. Spa, pool and gym were lovely. Breakfast was expensive, evening meal menu limited and expensive. Staff were very helpful.

The property is modern and will maintained, the gym was well equipped with latest apparatus including Bluetooth connectivity. The self serve breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished.

Not having an onsite parking is troublesome. Although parking is available across the street but need to pay £13 per day and will need to pay additional if you leave the parking and re enter each time. Rest the staff and hotel is excellent. Will definitely book again except for the parking issue
