ホテルはとても綺麗で広いし、部屋の内装も可愛いしお値段の割には十分過ぎる設備でした！ ただ、市内への交通手段が限られているおり、アクセスが悪いのは少し良くない点です。 旅行やリバプールの地理に慣れてる人なら大丈夫だと思いますが、素人や外国人はタクシーなどを駆使しないと厳しい感じでした。

The reception team were very helpful, friendly and welcoming!!! Tracy in the Bar and Grill was fantastic! Her enthusiasm and energy really made our evening special!!

Paying the extra for a club room is worth it as the use of the pool and gym add a nice touch and the jacuzzi and steam room are a great way to chillax before the journey home

Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these.

Lovely Hotel, polite and helpful staff on every department. Clean and comfortable rooms, great food with large portions. Lots of parking spaces available. Ideal for business use, my only downside was no water in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff

Everything was fab- rooms clean and spacious, pool lovely. Only thing that let it down was the restaurant. Super loud music and the sports channel being left on really loud after a football match. We went to eat somewhere else as it would have been too much for my children.

Very friendly staff

Staff, food and the SPA was amazing BUT the noise from a function room right below our room spoilt all. Did not stop until 1am a constant thump of music, we were there for a relaxing weekend but couldn’t sleep at all until after 1am. When we told the receptionist they were not concerned with no apology. Seemed it was us wrong for not joining the party.

Great hotel but room overlooked the sir con unitts which hum all night. Half the price of staying in liverpool, worth it and just booking am uber for £25-£30

great staff - good breakfast - comfortable room - stayed 2 nights and the first night was ok. My room had a window with gaps around creating a draught and during the second night, I was kept awake by a constant whistle form the strong winds. at around 4:30, a noisy lorry arrived to deliver/collect glass (not good) - just bad luck I guess

Room was spotless, shower was a bit temperamental. No air con so got a bit hot. Could do with bottles of water in room and glasses. Could do with drawers at bedside. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. Bar was spacious with cinema screen and seating. Plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great room rate for such a spacious room and very clean. On site Starbucks a bonus and a retail park a couple of minutes walk away.

This Hotel is ideal for a weekend away or over night stay, staff very polite and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and plenty of room, shower excellent, Breakfast plenty of choice, a good atmosphere great for watching football, drink prices competitive and plenty of parking.

Upon checking in, the girl was so lovely, professional and helpful. Hotel room was nice, outside there was building work, but it didnt impact inside. The guy working in Starbucks inside was really bubbly.
