ホテルはとても綺麗で広いし、部屋の内装も可愛いしお値段の割には十分過ぎる設備でした！ ただ、市内への交通手段が限られているおり、アクセスが悪いのは少し良くない点です。 旅行やリバプールの地理に慣れてる人なら大丈夫だと思いますが、素人や外国人はタクシーなどを駆使しないと厳しい感じでした。

Warm greeting. Nice welcoming hotel with many amenities. 1st night’s original room had a challenging setup and a bathroom that didn’t meet expectations with a tiny tub that made showers uncomfortable and unwelcome. I asked for the possibility of a new room with a walk-in shower and was given a much improved room with a much improved bathroom for the next 2 days and nights. This made the visit significantly better. Great restaurant and pub onsite was a pleasant surprise with great service, staff, food and reasonable prices. Special thanks to the woman at front desk who arranged the upgrade of room and the housekeeper staff and especially Ella who went beyond providing needed room supplies and cleaning with a happy demeanor.

Excellent hotel everything was lovely and hope to visit again in the future

Amenities, jacuzzi was to hot and the chlorine stung my eyes only lasted 5 mins terrible experience.

Room was nice and food was good and brilliant value

The venue was really nice with a coffee shop on site and cinema in the bar for the kids i thought was a really good ideaa rwall

Lovely clean room and bathroom . Very comfy bed . I didn't have breakfast

First room we went into TV did not work so they moved us in to a different room would of rather stayed in room with no TV. in the new room we must of been above the utility room or boiler room or something and air conditioning unit outside our room the noise was absolutely horrendous we did not sleep a wink all night left at 6am to go home for some sleep

The room was clean and the service was amazing.

Breakfast offered good choice. Could be clearer that they offered alternative items e.g. poached eggs.

Great gym facilities, access to coffee and lovely front desk staff made it easier for a jet lagged traveller to return back to the area to parents before Christmas.

Only able to eat breakfast once, as a leisure break to complete service at 9am and not even offer a coffee or piece of toast was terrible

Amazing staff!

Hotel is fine. But as usual with Village hotels, Parking is the main issue.

Stayed over for a wedding nearby, couldn't fault any part of the service or hotel.

First time using this hotel and will use it again in my future travel to Belfast. good food and at reasonable prices. Room was clean and excellant bed for a good nights sleep. Easy access to ports and tunnels

The hotel itself was good however we were not informed of the potential blasting music that was coming from the bar area. We were also on the top floor in a family room and I don’t think the music needed to be that loud. We went down to complain and to see if we could be moved to a different t room but there was no others free. Also maybe don’t fill the rooms above the bar area if it’s going to be that loud.

The staff is extremely helpful Sallie went out of her way to be sure everything g was right, the room was clean amd beds were comfy. Pool was warm and the area was clean Highly recommend!!
