Always a wonderful stay! Staff is amazing, the entire hotel is always nice and clean. Construction is going on, but you wouldn’t even know it. Great place to hang your hat at the end of the day!!

Room was hot and the air would not stay running or go to the temperature that was set.

Wish ive known the roof was getting replaced , so the a.c didnt work in the building. They brought portable ac to the u it. And it wrked decent but it was a big f×××ry dealing with it

Decent stay! Suite was clean and well appointed and the bed was lovely. Work being done on property and the hot tub was unavailable which was disappointing as it was a feature we looked for prior to booking. Staff at desk always gave us a greeting. Try and stay on the front side away from the Highway noise if you like quiet.

The hotel is going thru roof renovations. The AC units were disconnected and it was 30 Degrees Celsius. Unexpected heat way. We usually stay there. Disappointed.

False advertising: the hot tub has not been available for many times that I have stayed at this hotel.

My go to hotel in Fort McMurray, convenient location with stores and restaurants in walking distance , seperate bedroom and the washer dryer is a bonus when traveling

Jeg bor her altid når jeg har fri. Jeg arbejder lidt udenfor Fort Mcmurray og bor derfor i en camp så det er altid dejligt at komme ned og bo på hotellet der kan jeg selv lave min mad. Er der noget man kan klage over er det deres morgen mad den er lidt kedeligt men sådan er det på de fleste hoteller i canada

It was hot and the air conditioner was not good No varieties on the breakfast , the scrambled eggs is mixed with meat, so I asked, the next day it's the same Parking is good, Near the restaurants,and tim Horton Tv was good to watch world cup games. The coffee and tea are available, no complementary water Had a great balcony

Very disappointed. I have stayed here many times without incident. Asked at check in if still ok to pay at check out and split the bill with two others. (Paid extra for 3 in the room of course) Answer was yes. Checked out at 9 am and found room had already been charged to my credit card. This makes it VERY difficult to put on expense account for each of us. No solution given. No charges reversed and billed correctly. Plus had to have plugged toilet fixed just after check in and the air conditioner did not work. Room temperature 87 degrees. After checkout desk informed me that I could have requested portable air conditioner! Really? AFTER checkout? Hotel under construction/repair which was not an issue.
