On arrival had to wait for the bed to made up to a Queen, even though i spent the evening on the phone sorting this out and it was confirmed, as i had my 99yr old mother with me in a wheelchair. The onscreen menu is not available until after 6pm but didn't state so which meant we spent 30 mins deciding what ww wanted to be told cant order, use the lunch menu which was not available. Internet/WiFi does not allow you to connect to any other devices which was annoying. However, my partner spoke to the manager who was on duty during our weekend stay and he was amazing. He ensured we ordered what we wanted especially for my elderly mother and arranged for room service with complementary drinks and a complementary breakfast the morning we were leaving, which was greatly appreciated and made a big difference to our stay.
