Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Très bon hôtel, situé juste à côté de la mer. Personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner très somptueux servi dans l’hôtel juste à côté. Le seul bémol est la literie, autant le matelas que les oreillers sont très durs, à prendre en compte pour ceux qui sont sensibles du dos.

Perfect stay with family and kids.

La description de l'hôtel Diplomatic est erronée, le bâtiment sert juste au logement. Tous les équipements et services se trouve à l'hôtel Universal de l'autre côté de la rue (restaurant, bar, piscine, ...), avec pas mal d'escaliers pour y accéder.

The hotel was ok. Nice friendly service and daily cleaning. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but both work fine. Lots of hot water in the shower. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. For my style, too many cookies and the bread was a bit dry. Would I go there again, yes and without hesitation.

Lovely staff that were helping and friendly and awesome cleaning lady that had our rooms clean and beautiful every day.

Good for family. Would be good if there was a safe with a code instead of a key and a refridgerator on room. Nice breakfast, nice pool, clean, close to the sea.

Gentilezza ed ospitalità da parte del personale dell' hotel; ottima pulizia dei locali, facile accessibilità al parcheggio interno della struttura.

posizione strategica x fare jogging sull Isola Margherita .Ottimo ristorante è stupenda vista sul Parlamento , consiglio camera vista Danubio

ottima sistemazione di fronte alla spiaggia e con possibilità' uso piscina del collegato Hotel Universal 4 stelle a fianco

La vista mare molto carina, unica pecca il bagno veramente troppo piccolo ma pulito.
