平日に2泊予約しました。ホテルは市内観光に便利な立地で、建物のすぐ外にバス停がありました。到着時にはフレンドリーな挨拶があり、部屋の位置以外はすべて丁寧に説明してくれました。 部屋は最上階でした。なんと5階まで階段を上ったのです！ホテルは清潔で快適でした。カーペットはすべて新品でした。 部屋は小さめでしたが、十分な広さでとても清潔でした。ウォークインシャワー付きのバスルームも清潔でした。 徒歩圏内に美味しいレストランがいくつかありました。 またぜひ利用したいですが、次回はもう少し下の階の部屋をリクエストしようと思います。

I came here with my 5 year old daughter, for a 1 night trip in Newcastle before she went back to school. I arrived early and the manager was very friendly, she upgraded our room at no extra cost to a double bed with a single, as it was quieter room for the kid. The hotel also let us park in the car park for the following day after checkout so we could get the metro into the city before coming back at 5pm. The room was spotless and really nicely furnished. Bathroom was very nice and clean, lovely fresh carpets throughout hotel and very friendly staff. If we need a place in Newcastle we will definitely be back.

市内中心部から少し離れた良い立地にある、とても快適な一泊でした。受付の裏手に駐車スペースは限られていますが、十分かもしれません。出会ったホテルのスタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は広くて清潔でした。（当然そうあるべきではないでしょうか？もちろんそうですが、仕事で何度も出張した経験から、必ずしもそうとは限らないことを知っています。話が逸れましたが。）バスタブはありませんでしたが、正直言ってそれほど重要ではありません。営業時間外の鍵も用意されています。階下にはパブリックバーがあり、非常にリーズナブルな価格ですが、客層はこのレビューの筆者よりかなり若いです。

Had a decent stay at this hotel whilst in Newcastle. Staff numbers felt low so sometimes it was slightly unorganised, we were waiting a while to be checked in and a mix up meant we had to change rooms. The hotel is also located above a number of bars, which wasn’t ideal during freshers. It didn’t stop us getting any sleep but if possible it might be better to put families in rooms to the rear of the hotel. Owner was really nice and breakfast in the morning was great. Don’t want to seem over critical

ここは素晴らしい小さなホテルです。オーナーはとても親切でフレンドリー、そして親身になって対応してくれます。部屋は清潔そのものでした。温かいシャワーを浴びてから、出来立ての朝食をいただきました。ホテルは賑やかな通りに面していますが、夜はとても静かで、通りに一番近い一番下の階の部屋に泊まりました。ニューカッスルの中でも素敵な滞在エリアです！また泊まりに来ます :)
