Family funeral

Everything was wonderful! Staff, facilities, location were all nice. And so accommodating- the pool normally has shorted opening hours midweek, but they opened it for me earlier, since I was working at night and couldn’t use it otherwise. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in town.

The property was so clean! We saw them cleaning often! The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful! Especially the manager Sofia! I had a death in the family and she was so accommodating to me. The rest of the staff always gave me a greeting! Breakfast was great! I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

The WiFi kept dropping off which made it difficult for me to do my work. The hotel staff were kind but not so accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. I usually travel on my birthday, which I advise the hotels that I am staying at. I am either greeted by staff stating happy birthday or a birthday banner in my room. I did not receive any birthday greetings. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite comfy.

Had a great stay while on vacation with family! Hotel is perfect for the NYC area if you are traveling by car. The hotel is nice, spacious and quiet. Rooms have a good standard and the breakfast buffet is ok. I do wish the pool opening hours were longer (only open in the afternoon, while we were out exploring). All in all a nice stay!

Very pleasant stay for one night in this hotel. Bed was particularly comfortable, and there was a lounge chair and a good desk with plenty of outlets. Also appreciated the two large nightstands. Weird that the TV is positioned to one side so you have to turn your head from the bed to watch, but that's a small quibble.

Positive review We got free soda water and chips upon check in The suite was nice and was comfortable. I loved the microwave sink and refrigerator in the kitchen area it was great for the little one. It was clean and the property was maintained. Negative review We arrived at check in time but was checked in late cause the room wasn't ready yet. Ashamed cause we paid extra for a suite. We went to the pool but it was not heated and there was no bathroom near by to change or use. Breakfast was good but it was packed so go early.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds kept well including the pool.

The breakfast staff did not do a good job in keeping the items replenish. Guests were constantly waiting for items to be placed in the warmer. The actual breakfast area was small and cramp in order to get their items. Everything else went well. Will visit again.

The room was hot with an odor when entering; it may have been because it (The room) hadn't been used in a while. Also, the actual phone in the room do not work; we were unable to contact the front desk with walking to it or using our personal phone to call the hotel directly...

Stayed one night. Quiet and clean and in a safe area with options for delicious food nearby.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Most hotels I walk into are just basic standard but this one makes you kinda smile when you first walk in. It’s very aesthetically pleasing. Decent space compared to many other hotels. Great parking. However, it may not be the best location if you’re not driving. Worth the money. I would definitely come again.

I was very happy with my stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites. When I checked in Tania was extremely helpful with all the questions I asked, and she met all my expectations of a person that loves her job and is willing to help the customer. She’s a great representation of the Hampton Inn and suites of Yonkers. Six star person and I will gladly come back to stay there when I come see my family again.

Good facilities but not many amenities around it

Excellent staff! Rooms very clean and neat. Breakfast is included and it was pretty good. Also it was pet friendly.
