スタッフの方々が、大変気さくで、のんびりと過ごせました。私の滞在時は、ヨーロッパからのご年配の旅行者が多く滞在しているように見受けられました。駅や近隣の寺院までは、オートリキシャーで１５分ぐらいです。

大変満足です。スタッフの方も気負いなく、自然なサービスでした。お部屋のセンスもとてもよかったです。とてもくつろぐことができました。お庭の自然やお食事など、喧噪から離れゆっくりできました。プールも最高です。

Vi fick en jättefin vistelse på hotellet. Vårt rum motsvarande helt bilderna och det var underbart att ha toalett och dusch utomhus. Den lilla poolen är en just en liten pool men väldigt fin. Vi njöt av den underbara stora poolen som var både vacker och skön. Det fanns bra Mat och service runt hotellet också och det var enkelt att ta sig vidare ut i staden.

Welcoming, understated luxury. The estate is an oasis giving peace and relaxation after temple and cultural visits.

Great staff amazing property

Staying at Heritage Madurai was the highlight of my trip — truly the best and only best part of my Madurai visit! From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was exceptionally warm, kind, and hospitable. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests — it’s that kind of old-school hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and surrounded by endless greenery. Even though Madurai can be quite hot, the resort feels like a lush green forest that instantly cools your mind and soul. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional charm. Every corner of this place radiates peace — from the stone pathways shaded by trees to the calm, earthy tones that make you forget you’re anywhere near a city. It’s a world of its own — serene, refreshing, and so beautifully kept.

Not a new property that we stay, however the increase is only in tarriff but all remain the same, dirty sofa ,which we requested to clean as previous visitor left it dirty, Despite ordering food to be delivered 90 minutes in advance arrived 30 minutes late. The plunge pool bottom is very soiled and unclean, mosquito bite left me without sleep whole night,went for a nice experience at big tarriff , but I got only the above, lots of improvement required, this property can be better.

Place is amazing. Bed is poor. Too much external noice. Service and staff were excellent.

Excellent ambience

I stayed 24-25. When I booked through kayak, I Expedia booked me for 24-25. How can you book me hotel on day of 25th for 24th. May be Expedia confused because 25th India is 24th in USA. Called to change date to 25-26, but. O inventory left. Ask for refund no refund yet they say they will email hotel. I booked room for 24-25 through different company same hotel, why would I book room again for same day.
