Beds were super comfy and room was super clean. Overall nice stay.

The staff hotel goes beyond their job, everyone is super nice, special recognition to Dolly at the front desk. Super clean room, nice breakfast Brenda takes good care of everything, gluten free option was appreciated

What is to like-Accommodations, pool, breakfast and afternoon tea, friendly staff are helpful. What bothers- heating/ cooling system uneven, hot water availability at high use times.

My family recently stayed at the location and felt welcomed from the minute we checked in. The entire staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean and centrally located in Presque Isle making it easy to get to our destinations. Highly recommend this location.

The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and very clean. Very personable and helpful staff. Free breakfast was varied day to day and good. Great service. Loved the fireplace area in the lobby.

Excellent property. Only improvement suggestion is to not park a trailer truck with refrigeration unit on it near the hotel, as it was a little annoying listening to that.

Kevin/Mgr was very socialable-making us 3guests feel right at home! Always greeted us with a smile & asked how our day events went! He is a treasure that I hope Hampton appreciates.

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable

This was my first stay at this Hampton Inn. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional. I plan to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Presque Isle. The location is convenient to Rt 1 and downtown. Complementary breakfast, cookies and water.

When we arrived at the hotel the person working the desk was not friendly at all. She proceeded to tell us we did not have a reservation when we actually did. My husband showed her the email confirmation and she said they do not send emails and that we did not have a reservation. She did not try to offer a solution, just stood there while we tried to find more evidence on our end. In the mean time I got in contact with a very helpful representative from Hotels.com who said they would call the receptionist and be sure to get us a room. The phone at the desk rang and she ignored it. I had to ask her to answer the phone and informed her that the call was most likely from someone who would straighten everything out. She rolled her eyes and answered the phone. She continued to say "ok, ok, oh I guess I didn't look there, now I see it." She then told us our room number and that was it. No apology, no additional hotel information (breakfast, check-out, etc.). The customer service from Hotels.com was amazing!! Super helpful and so quick to fix our situation.

We had a great 3 day stay. The rooms are quiet and well cleaned. Would stay here again and it is pet friendly.

Super clean & super comfy. Hampton inn is my favorite. Just can’t always afford it.
