部屋の温度が上がらず寒かった。

静かで買い物の立地が最高！ モール内に警備の馬がいてビックリ しました。 私たちは朝食に歩いて1分程の大型スーパー で朝食を買い部屋で食事をとりました このスーパーが最高でとても安くつきました。 バスタブが欲しかった

Hotel is very nice and clean. It is walkable to the concert venue. I felt safe walking to and from the concert. Staff was very nice.

Literally around the corner from cynthia woods pavilion. We walked to it in less than 5 minutes and my husband and I are in our 70's. They have valet parking which is very convenient. Will stay again in oct for another concert.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations, comfy beds. $6 for water bottles in the room was a little excessive, most places give you the water bottles so you can make your coffee, but that was the only complaint.

The Hyatt Centric is a GREAT place to stay when going to a concert at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion!

En pocas palabras. Excelente estancia. Esta en una area segura y bien posicionada. Esta en un centro comercial abierto de tiendas de renombre. Si te gusta correr o caminar, este es el hotel. Servicio amable del personal. MUY LIMPIO. Bastantes silenciosas las habitaciones. Se sentia nuevo el hotel. Solo un detalle, llegue a las 10.30 de la noche un martes. A las 10pm cierran cocina y no habia restaurantes abiertos a esa hora, solo comida rapida. Siento que faltan opciones en la tiendita del hotel. Fuera de eso, excelente todo.

Staff, excellent; location, amazing; property, beautiful; water pressure in shower, terrible. Shower turned off multiple times during use.

The location is the only reason I booked a room. (I live only 45 minutes from Cynthia woodlands pavilion. I will be driving home next time.)The room was adequate but there isn't room service as said online. The rooms are okay at best.

El hotel está en una plaza, donde puedes llegar a pie a varias tiendas, centro comercial y restaurantes. Si es para conocer Houston no lo recomiendo, está muy lejos. Pero buena opción en woodland
