I like this hotel. For night guest service is so good and I love onsen in the hotel (special for men only) because after walking all day, it's felt good for onsen. I promise if I back to Osaka again, I will go to the same hotel. P.S. 1. It's take time about 15 minutes from Namba but not a problem for me. 2. This hotel near Hanshin line to Kyoto.

Requested a non-smoking room but the room still smelled of smoke. Nevertheless, the reception was friendly and the location was great. Would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling on a budget.

It's a very cozy hotel. The location is very strategic; It's only 15 minutes from Shin-Osaka and 5 minutes from the nearest train station. My room is clean and has enough space for one. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Having a laundry room is also very convenient.

24hr front desk really helpful for my family due to very late check in. Small room but clean, not close but not too far from station. Overall ok!

Old style building and furniture, feel like back to 90s. A radio FM on the bed and somehow it plays SEA musics including Indonesians, feel like home.

Great service, good breakfast, friendly staff. But the room is kinda small, barely enough for 2 typical-size Asians. Location is also pretty good, walking to shin-Osaka station took 20 mins, walking to the nearest metro (Nishinakajima-minamigata) only 4 mins (2 metro stop to Umeda and 6 metro stop Namba)

เป็นโรงแรมที่ใกล้กลับสถานี Subway Nishinagagima (สายสีแดง Midosuji) ออกทางประตู 2 เลี้ยวขวาข้ามถนนจะเจอ Lawson แล้วเลี้ยวไปทางขวาอีกครั้ง จากนั้นเดินตรงอีกนิดและเดินเลียบทางรถไฟไป (ไม่ต้องข้ามทางรถไฟ) ห้องพักก็ตามมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น ไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก มี Onsen สำหรับคุณผู้ชาย เปิดเป็น 2 ช่วงเวลาคือ 06.00-09.00 กับ 18.00-01.00 อยู่ใกล้กับสถานีของ JR ด้วย โดยเดินประมาณ 7-10 นาที ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคามาก ไม่มี Air แต่สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างหน้าได้ พนักงานต้อนรับ 90% สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และสามารถฝากกระเป๋าก่อน Check in ได้ (เวลาท้องถิ่น Check in ได้ 14.00 แต่สามารถขอ Check ได้ตอน 13.00) ดูภาพรวมเป็นโรงแรมที่ให้คะแนนได้ถึง 9.3 เต็ม 10 เพียงแต่สถานีอาจเกือบๆปลายทางสายสีแดง (M14) แนะนำนิดนึง ให้ขอห้องชั้นสูงๆ ห้องปลอดบุหรี่ และขอห้องที่อยู่อีกฝั่งของสถานีรถไฟ เพราะรถไฟจะวิ่งตลอดจนถึง 00.00 และเริ่มวิ่งอีกทีประมาณ 05.00 ฉะนั้นถ้าเปิดหน้าต่างยังไงก็ได้ยินเสียงรถไฟ

Hotel near station subway, love it

部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフもとても親切でした。料金も手頃でした。

場所は清潔で快適です。

Hotel biasa saja, ruang kamar yang kecil dengan fasilitas standard. Tidak ada air minum.

スタッフは英語が上手なので素晴らしいです。

- The room and bed is a bit small (I think the bed is a bit smaller than queen size bed), but really clean and convenient. They provide charger for multiple devices, a small fridge, hair dryer and a electrical kettle. - Rest-room is super clean, plenty of hot water (with good amenity as well). Although we book a non-smoking room, I still can smell smoke in rest-room, maybe because of the exhaust system that links all rooms. - There's coin washing machines and dryer downstairs (acceptable price) and vending machine as well. - The hotel is quite nearby a subway station (make it very easy to travel around the city). - I haven't tried food here, no comment upon this.

Had a great experience staying at Claiton Shin-Osaka. Walking distance to train station and minimarket. Nice room and toiletries. Recommended!
