素晴らしい朝食。サウナもとても気持ちよかったです。ハウスキーピングが絶妙なタイミングで、完璧に行われていることに感動しました。

隣室及び外部音の遮音性が悪い

3泊しましたが、お部屋は広く清潔で、ホテル内も広くて美しく、何より従業員の方々がみんなとても親切で、とても快適でした。

レンタカーで対面通行のすごい道を走らせて到着しました。ベラージオの商店街を通らないと到着できず不安でした。部屋は136号室、宮殿のような二間続きの部屋でした。グランドピアノもあってすごくテンションがあがりました。レイクビューでしたが、まさにホテル正面、ミシュランレストランも真下に見える2階でした。ミストラルでは朝食は食べられません。ディナーを予約すればよかった。夜は演奏会があってとてもいい雰囲気です。プールは室内、屋外と2つありした。とにかく、ベラージオ唯一の5つ星なので、セレブリティな宿泊客が多かったです。ベラージオの街はとても素敵、コモ湖よりも小さくまとまって趣があります。ホテルも多いけど、このホテルには泊まる価値があります。奥行きのある湖の夕暮れを見られるホテルはバカンスにぴったりでした。

this was a stunning hotel. It was exceptionally clean. It made me feel like I was leading lifestyles of the rich and famous. The spa was wonderful. We had a massage and I had a facial that was wonderful. We ate at Mistral their restaurant and this was an experience, but it is very expensive. They had a piano player in the lobby most evenings that was very, very nice. There are other restaurant was also very good and they have a very pretty pool. The views from our room were just superb. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was so memorable. They also have a very good fitness center but you have to be very fit to get to the fitness center. It is up a hill and in a separate building. Bellagio is a lovely town so it is a lovely place to stay to get the feel of Lake Como.

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was not only gorgeous on the outside, but the inside was exquisite! Very elegant, but very comfortable and casual (relaxed). Best location on Lake Como! The grounds and the amenities were superb! The staff were like family, each and every one of them! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything you need! Definitely coming back to this gem!

The Villa Serbelloni is a very beautiful and well-kept property, and has some of the most amazing views of Lake Como! Watching the sunrise and sunset were spectacular! The service at the hotel and its restaurants was excellent. The location is walkable to the ferries and the property has its own dock, where one can arrange for a private boat tour of the lake. We highly recommend the Villa Serballoni to anyone planning on visiting Lake Como. One of our best vacations ever!

Everything was perfect. But location, staff and spa (including free indoor facilities) were especially nice.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff better than excellent. Everyone went out of their way to satisfy our needs. Great place.

Perfection! Staff, restaurants, room and the gorgeous village. If visiting Bellagio this is an iconic place to stay. My Lake Como dreams came true!!

Gorgeous hotel – a bit of the lake’s history here to be enjoyed – the staff have been incredible throughout. Highly recommended.

Perfect location to visit Bellagio and it is very quiet and enjoyable to stay here! The breakfast is delicious, too!

This is a high class property with stunning views and superb service. We stayed here for a special occasion and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the bar outside, the spa and the breakfast.
