Hotel maravilhoso! Numa área em frente ao Rio Cave de Pau , silenciosa … pertinho do centro histórico de Lourdes e tb próx do Santuário, faz tudo a pé! Amei .

Pour une nuit passée à l’hôtel, elle ne fut pas agréable j’ai eu mal au dos, à cause d’un matelas affaissée (enfoncement au niveau du dos) Pour un hôtel quatre étoiles, cela est inacceptable Une literie doit être vérifié À notre départ, j’ai signalé le problème, nous avons eu un geste de la part du personnel deux boissons au bar, j’aurais plus apprécié le petit déjeuner offert pour ceux désagrément correctement

Maravilloso. Todo estuvo perfecto y súper bonito el hotel. La cercanía al santuario también es un plus. Regresaría a ese hotel sin pensarlo, nos fuimos muy felices

Room was ok only problems was the toilet was separated from the shower room its ok if theres wash basin inside the toilet but there isn't one, you have to to the shower room to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Quiet place but problem with parking.

El hotel está reformado en la estancias comunes como el hall y los pasillos, pero las habitaciones son bastante viejas, le han cambiado los muebles y poco más. El mantenimiento del hotel de regular a mal sería mi nota, el tapón del lavabo estaba atascado y no colaba el agua, la cisterna se quedaba enganchada y perdía bastante agua, se filtraba agua por el suelo, en general el aseo se nota que no lo habían reformado nada y el ultimo día pusieron el aire acondicionado y parecía un huracán del ruido que hacía, al final tuve que bajar a recepción para que lo apagarán porque no me dejaba dormir. Como nota positiva, en la cama se dormia muy bien, el desayuno era bastante completo y sobre todo lo que más me ha gustado es el personal, la atención es exquisita, en ese sentido estoy muy contento.

Staff very friendly

Nice hotel on edge of most of what you will want to see in Lourdes. Easy walk (fairly flat) to the religious sites. Friendly staff throughout. Big reception area with large bar and shop and just off is a huge dining room (seems to used by coach groups at the hotel). Bedroom of a good enough size and with toilet separate from the bathroom. My only gripe would be the windows which fully open (inwards) - could be a problem with young children?? Easy parking at the hotel car park but at €25 per day, we personally found the parking immediately opposite at half the price and paid by the hour, a much better option.

Room was amazing and staff wonderful, such a lovely hotel

Clean hotel and the staff are very helpful. 10 minutes walking distances to the church and to the shops. Airport shuttle service was close by. Had a nice day. If there was facilities to make Tea and Coffee in the room it would have been fantastic.

Location. Staff was wonderful.

This property was super convenient. We were in Bourdeaux for one night and wanted to be close to the train station. The staff was super helpful and the public transportation made it super easy to get in and out of town. I would recommend to anyone. Looking for a quick stop in Bordeaux.
