部屋の設備や立地は全く問題なかったが、次の日に早朝に宿を出ないといけなかったので、前日にタクシーを手配してもらうよう依頼していたが、当日タクシーは来ず、どうしようもないという態度だった。

聞いてはいましたが、車でのアクセスは迷います。セビージャ門右手から大外を反時計回りに行くと分かりやすいかも。ただし、自己責任でお願いします。 駐車場はありませんが、10分程度なら宿正面に駐車可です。チェックインを済ませたら、公共駐車場(至近)に移動しましょう。。

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Úbeda is definitely worth visiting. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Front desk staff were very helpful, I forgot my charger and they provided a spare.

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff with excellent English speakers among them. Great breakfast. But for some reason one of our rooms was much nicer than the other and much of the hotel was undergoing renovation and there was scaffolding inside and out.

Leider wurde grossflächig renoviert. Kein Lärm aber der Gesamteindruck hat doch gelitten. Personal sehr freundlich, vor Allem im Restaurant !Hohe Zimmer mit originellem Plattenboden!

Generally great! The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations during our stay, but we nevertheless enjoyed it very much. There is no parking on site and there is no ramp to bring the luggage inside, which is a bit of a bummer. The restaurant of the hotel is terrific!

Beautiful building but I did not sleep well as the soundproofing between my room and the room above was not good. Also, workmen started bashing noisily in the courtyard at 8am. It was disappointing, given the price.

Delightful parador that just enabled us to pause and reflect on our travels in Spain away from the madding crowds.

Excelente ubicación y precioso lugar. Me parece que debe actualizarse en instalaciones, por ejemplo: tener más contactos para cargar la batería de teléfonos; al igual que sistemas más modernos para las puertas

Una bonita experiencia en un edificio histórico. El personal altamente cualificado y encantador tanto con los niños como con los adultos. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

Bel endroit - grand hall un peu austère et déserté à cause de la chaleur

The air-conditioning was very poor for a superior room. The staff were helpful and suggested another room but for one night we didnt want to pack & unpack again. They should not of put us in that room in the first place. The room furnitiure was antique and lovely though.
