８年前に訪問し、素晴らしい眺望の部屋に感動し、再訪しました。 景色は期待通りで満足しました。 一方、前回素晴らしい記憶があった朝食はサラダがないなど期待外れでした。 部屋に給湯ポットがないのは残念でした

ルームサービスに電話をすると繋がらず、レセプションに行ったところ手配をしてくれました。しかし、サラダと食器が足らず再度レセプションに行ったところ、ため息をつかれました。ため息をつきたいのはこっちだよ。最初の料理は冷めてしまうし。レセプションの人は確かにメモをとっていたので、厨房に問題があったのでしょう。設備や眺めはとても満足です。

スイートに泊まりました ルームサービスを頼もうとしたところ、55をダイヤルしてもいきなり電話が切られてその後自動音声が流れて繋がらない。レセプションに頼んで部屋で待っていたところ、シーザーサラダが足りないし、4人と伝えているのに2人分のカトラリーしかないし、取り分ける皿もない。 サラダを待っていたらメインディッシュが冷えてしまいました。料理は今回の旅行で1番美味しいくらいなので、オペレーションが悪いのが残念です。 部屋の設備や内装はまだまだ十分新しく快適でした。 近い駐車場がほぼいっぱいで、なんとか入れて後から戻ったら、結構車が入れ替わっていました。日帰り利用者が多いようです。近い駐車場はホテルの宿泊客のみに制限すべき。

部屋や施設は美術館のような重厚なつくり、プールからの眺めも美しく文句なしでしたが、夕食時のスタッフ人数が明らかに足りておらず、若い男性に頼んだ最初のドリンクが前菜が来てから30分以上経ってからも来ずに催促したらダブルチャージされていました。返金対応はしてくれましたし、朝食時にいた別の若い男性はとても気持ちの良い接客で、前夜も彼にいてほしかったと話していました。

ゆっくりと滞在する事が出来ました。 ただ、レストランスタッフが英語があまり話せないのか……愛想も無く食事があまり楽しく過ごせませんでした。 夕食付きだったのですが、セットメニューと思っていたらそうではなくメニューから好きな食事を選ぶみたいでしたがそんな説明もなくメニュー表を渡されただけ。 聞いてみたらスペイン語混じりで早口で説明… ただただ、感じが悪かったです！ あまり、外国人がこないのかな？とも思いました。

部屋も清潔で広く、使いやすかった。夕食付きのプランだったが、夕食は味が辛すぎ、量が多すぎ。朝食は早朝出発で出して貰えなかった。

トレドのパラドールほどではないですが、プールからの景色もよく子供連れにはオススメです。

部屋や朝食のレストランからセゴビアの街が一望でき、とても素晴らしい眺めとともに滞在する事ができました。水道橋のあるセゴビアの中心部からは、タクシーまたはレンタカーなど、自動車で移動する必要がありますので、それが苦にならない場合にはとてもお勧めできる宿です。

If you are looking forward to viewing old town from your room, I don’t recommend room 610. The room located at the lowest floor same as the reception, in the west wing of building (on this floor, room number is 601 to 610). From the room Segovia’s town can be hardly seen as it’s very tight angle from the room (I suppose this would be similar from all other rooms in the west wing) and further worse, your sight would be covered by trees standing worthlessly in front of the building. If you’ve ever thought of a beautiful view from your room, request not west wing but east wing of building or upper floor of west wing at least. Apart from that, facilities and condition of the guest room is nice. View from the lobby and restaurant is amazing.

何層もの巨大なラウンジ空間。繋がるレストラン空間も広大。サラゴサの美しい街を一望できる壮大な宿泊施設。部屋も、十分広く、快適。マドリードから、足を伸ばし、一泊する価値は、十分あります。

今回は3大陸旅行中のなかの一つでパラドール巡りです。 パラドールの基本はどこも同じ(１泊2食付き)、ディナー時にワインボトル１本飲んで日本円にして2人で約30,000.-円部屋の広さ、ロビーの高級感など他と比べて割安感がある。 海外でパラドールに泊まった思い出には最高でしょう

セゴビアから少し離れた所に位置していますが、大変素敵な眺めが堪能できます。広々としたロビーには快適なソファーが多くあり、このように素敵な空間があることを知っていたらもっと早くホテルに到着して、ライトアップされた水道橋やカテドラルなどの眺めをゆっくり楽しみたかったと思ったものでした。朝食のレストランからもその景色を御覧いただけます。夜と違い朝日を浴びるセゴビアもまた大変美しいです。お部屋のつくりは少し古い感じはありますが清潔です。プールはあまり大きくありません。

Great views

Un parador para no fallar. Buen servicio. Buena comida y una piscina con vistas a Segovia, insuperables... La única pega es que la media pensión es solo con cena y esas cantidades de comida por la noche no son muy apetecibles.

Oh my goodness!! Best best hotel!! So beautiful scenery!! Great swimming pool and lobby parking lot !!! So convenient and nice staff so kind helping me print out documents , tape and bandages because shower hose made me scar I hope they fixed it but definitely I will choose this hotel next time again

The staff at this hotel is among the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. There seems to be no concept of customer service whatsoever. At every moment, you get the feeling that you are bothering the staff simply by asking for assistance. The hotel itself is stunning. It is a beautiful 1970s brutalist building with breathtaking views of the city and the potential to offer an incredible guest experience. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff completely undermines it. The most frustrating example occurred when we asked reception to help us arrange a taxi, as there is no Uber or Cabify service available in the area and we were unable to book one ourselves. Our train to Madrid was departing in 40 minutes. The taxi took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and we ultimately missed our train. What was most disappointing was not the wait itself, as we understand that taxi availability is beyond the hotel’s control. Rather, it was the attitude of the reception staff. We were simply asking for assistance with arranging a taxi, yet it felt as though we were making an unreasonable request rather than asking for a basic service that reception is there to provide. In the end, you come to such a beautiful place, with stunning views of the city, hoping to relax and enjoy a pleasant weekend, only to find yourself affected by the negative atmosphere created by a staff that consistently makes guests feel like an inconvenience.

Quarto bem amplo e limpo, hotel com vista deslumbrante, mas afastado do centro da cidade. Tivemos um problema com o valor da conta do restaurante, mas tudo foi resolvido.

Beautiful and big hotel. Nice balcony. Amazing views from everywhere. Easy parking. Good restaurant. Bed and pillows were not super comfortable however. High class. Not too far from city center.

Hotel espaçoso, com ótimo cenário. Estava com carro e foi ótimo.
