Todo perfecto y muy limpio

We went half board ,meals were excellent as was breakfast. We relied a call 2nd morning from reception, we would like you to move to their sister hotel the Augustus across the road basically they were asking as they had lots of school kids for the next 5 days and the place would be loud . Great place to stay, just across the street from the beach and a bike rental place. Breakfast is great! I also added lunch and dinner to my booking for a great price, but breakfast is better. I've stayed here before and will be back. Staff are friendly. There's lots of free parking 500m away. The pool was nice but rather cold in late April. The only issue was the shower. It would alternate between about 15 seconds of the temperature you set and 5 seconds of scalding, injury-inducing water. This NEEDS to be fixed since it's a safety hazard.

A lock on the safe would make it more functional.

Love the location and option of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It's my second time going and I'll definitely be back when I return to Salou!

Excelente hotel muy cercano a la playa. Todo estuvo muy bien la gastronomia es muy buena. Pero es un mugar de concurrencia masiva por lo cual el silencio ko es facil. No tengo dudas en volver

El hotel está muy bien. La comida muy buena y adaptada a todas las necesidades. Limpio. Camas cómodas, almohada mejorable. Falta insonorización.

Parfait séjour juste à côté de la plage

Reservamos habitación doble, como en otras ocasiones en este mismo hotel, que segun descripción es una habitación grande con 2 camas dobles o 3 individuales. Esta vez nos dieron una habitación pequeña de 2 camas individuales (que segun descripción es para uso individual), mucho mas pequeña y con camas mas pequeñas, habiendo pagado por una doble con 2 camas dobles (o 3 individuales). Nada que ver con la habitación reservada y comparada con las de otras ocasiones. Poca variedad de platos en la cena para ser un hotel tan grande, aunque la comida estaba bastante buena. El comedor se queda pequeño y hay que hacer cola para entrar en la cena.

Frigobar não funcionou no 1° Ap., por esta razão tivemos que trocar de Ap.
