駅から歩いて5分ほど、市庁舎や美術館、サンガティアン教会へも、5分ほどで、とても立地が良い。ただ、施設は古いし(私は余り気にならないが)　ポットを借りるのが有料だったのが残念でした

The location is nice to visit city of Tours,and not so far to find restaurants or shops in old town.It was easy and convenient to park my car at the Department Parking,because it was free during night time 19:00-9:00.The hotel is a little old but people are kind enough.

Chambre propre et non insonorisée. Salle de bain spacieuse. A l'arrivée, il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Le ventilateur d'air frais n'avait pas été mis en marche. Par ailleurs il est bruyant. Quant au départ il était prévu à 11h au plus tard. Malheureusement quand je suis venu récupérer mes affaires à 10h, une dame nettoyait déjà et avait même jeté mes fruits bio posés sur la table. J'en suis vraiment déçu bien que le personnel se soit excusé ensuite. Sinon très bonne localisation.

Zeer aardige patron. Hotel staat op een mooie plek en heeft aardige theater details.

Chambre très sommaire mais propre Hotel très vieillot, avec une chambre contigue à la salle du petit déjeuner qui s'ouvre directement au milieu des tables. Localisation centrale, tarifs relativement chers 178 euros pour deux nuits sans petit déjeuner

Choix de ce charmant hôtel en période de forte chaleur notamment car la chambre etait climatisée hors ce n’était pas le cas. Juste une Clim mobile qui nécessite de laisser la fenêtre ouverte !

We missed the memo that check-in at this property finishes at 7.30p.m., and while this may have been an oversight on our part, my friend and I were rebuked as if we were children by the hotel manager/owner who then applied the "law" of charging, each of us, a late check-in fee. I don't mind paying a late check-in fee, if needed, but the hostility and lack of courtesy of the check-in staff was remarkable - the man was on his way out with a bottle of wine when we arrived at the property, and our late arrival was clearly a bother. However, if you are going to charge a late check-in fee and apply your rules, there is no need to scold your customers. We stayed one night only at this property (it was too late to find another accommodation so we had to cope with the rudeness), and we are certainly not returning. PS: we had reserved two rooms, only one of which had a functional air conditioner. Mine didn't so I hardly slept that night because of the heat and the insects swarming the top-floor room I was allocated.

If you want to feel the emotion of wooden stairs in an old European-style building, stay here. It may be okay to stay for a day or so because the location is good. However, I do not recommend staying here in the summer. It is too hot. Especially the 3rd floor is really hot. They provide portable air conditioners, but it is still hot and noisy. Just expect the breakfast to be free. On Thursdays, there was a party at the restaurant downstairs and it was so noisy that I had a hard time falling asleep. If I go to this area again, I plan to stay at a new American brand hotel.

A hotel whose reception closes at 7:30pm is not a hotel. Hotel extracted 15€ extra just to hand over the keys. The sink was inusable because it would not drain, se we brushed our teeth in the bathtub.

Great location. Ancient building but updated decor which is lovely. I included the breakfast option which is similar to those i have had in Germany with sliced meats, cheeses, fruit variety, juices along with sliced baguettes small croissants, jam and butter. Small hotel with friendly proprietor. The only advisory is that you must go up one flight of stairs to the hotel without an elevator

Établissement très charmant et atypique. Le gérant nous a attendu après l’horaire suite à un incident sur la ligne de train. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et les chambres très propre.

a beautiful boutique hotel opposite the Grand Theatre - just perfect!! The room was delightful, excellent comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Breakfast each morning was superb. The host was charming and so helpful. I would love to stay there again.
