13年振りのパラドールだったが、しばらく利用しない間に 設備、備品 、サービスの 低下を 痛感した。

食事や食品が高価すぎる。その割に味がイマイチ。

A beautiful hotel in an amazing place Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great

Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Cena muy buena, platos típicos de canarias. Servicio muy atentos. Desayuno espectacular.

Très bel hôtel, très belle vue, beau jardin et piscine agréable, de grandes chambres mais les salles de bains mériteraient d’être rénovées, un système de cartes plutôt que de clés serait le bienvenu et l’insonorisation peut être améliorée. Restauration de qualité.

Tolle Location mitten im Nationalpark! 2 Warnungen: 1. Der Bus dorthin fährt vom Flughafen nur 1x pro Tag. 2. Eigene Wasserflaschen mitbringen. Das Wasser aus dem Hahn ist zwar trinkbar aber nicht geniessbar. Wasser kaufen ist extrem teuer.

Totalement déçusm par ce "Parador" malgré sa très belle situation. Intérieurement un bâtiment sans charme avec en chambre du vieux mobilier bas de gamme, une petite piscine glaciale sans serviette ( et sauna à 21,5 degrés!),un restaurant avec un service désagréable, un plat principal rudimentaire ne valant absolument pas son prix, une erreur de facturation. Une absence totale d'insonorisation en chambre (bruit de pas, écoulement WC douche de chambre du dessus, départ bruyant de randonneurs à 5h20 du matin...) seuls le petit déjeuner et la localisation méritent une attention. Quelle déception à plus de 220 euros!!!

Good layover stay

I could not get to the hotel due to Storm Therese. The only reason to stay at the hotel is to hike and all hiking trails were closed by the government due to the storm. It was illegal to hike. I requested the hotel transfer the booking to a new date and they refused to move it or refund it. Terrible customs service

Tout s’est très bien déroulé, l’hôtel est globalement bien entretenu, confortable, accueillant, dans un cadre exceptionnel et le personnel est très aimable mais le restaurant est infréquentable quand on est végétarien : dans la « sopa de verdura « , flottait un morceau de viande ( type jambon) et un des deux plats de légume proposés ( aubergine au fromage) était bon mais servi à peine tiède et très léger pour le prix : un végétarien a besoin d’autant de calories que les autres, il n’est pas au régime , c’est juste qu’il ne mange pas de cadavre animal…est-ce si difficile à comprendre ? Nous étions un peu déçues ( même si nous avions prévu le coup, parce que nous sommes habituées à sortir des restaurants en ayant plus faim, pour le même prix, que nos camarades carnivores)

I booked two nights at Parador de las Cañadas del Teide and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience. A severe storm hit Tenerife during my trip, the roads were closed, and I physically couldn’t reach the hotel. I called repeatedly for advice - only one call was answered, and I was told someone who spoke English would call me back, but no one ever did. I also sent several messages and received no response at all. With no help from the hotel, I contacted Expedia. They tried multiple times to reach the property and request assistance, but the hotel either didn’t respond or didn’t engage. Under the booking terms I should have been able to cancel and forfeit only the first night.. I had no choice but to urgently find somewhere else to stay. The whole situation was stressful, unnecessary, and could have been avoided if the hotel had shown even basic communication or care. Natural disasters happen, but leaving a guest stranded without support is neither understandable nor acceptable. This became an expensive mistake, and I hope the hotel and Expedia review what happened and provide the refund that should have been issued. No traveller should be unable to reach a hotel due to road closures and be met with complete silence from the property.

The hotel and restaurant was goid, however we had a bad experience with the bar. Whatever I tried to order the barman said they had none except for beer, i have never seen a bar with no orange juice. When i ordered radler the barman said they had none but when i told him to look in the refridgerator where the barman had got some fom earlier he found it. We were told when we checked in that the bar is open until 10.30 but were refused service at 10.10 and were told the bar is closed because there are not many guests at the hotel. Because of this and the prevoius experience of the bar not having anything we asked for one member of my parry had nothing to drink all night. This is unacceptable.

Great room and view of mt. Tide! Good restaurant and a nice little gift shop. Great place to stay near all the hiking options!
