場所は分かりにくいが観光地に近い。スタッフは英語ができた。部屋は掃除ができていてきれい。ロビーのコーヒーメーカーが壊れていたのは残念。ロビーの冷蔵庫を共同で使えるので朝食用の飲料をいれた。

The entrance was a single door and it was locked, so it was a bit hard to find. But if you ring the buzzer, you can get in. The person inside was very kind.

This hotel was super cute. The man at the front desk was very helpful and even gave us some local recommendations! There is a parking garage right next to the hotel where the staff were also very helpful!

Nice smaller run hotel off the beaten path but only one street away from everything you need. Great bed and they have great AC!!!

The room was extremely comfortable and as described. Runs a little bit colder, but comfortably so. The gentleman at front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Would have loved more access to water bottles, and didn’t love the charge for stains considering one of our towels was already dirty. Other than that, I have no complaints. Would stay again.

very helpful staff and comfortable room.

It was clean and lovely except we were on the top floor, 65 stairs was just to much. We were aware that there would be no lift avalialable but had no idea getting to and from our room would be that extreme especially carrying luggage. We were offered help upon arrival but upon departure reception was not open yet, so we were on our own.

The property was in the perfect location for exploring the city. The air conditioning and room size were great. The man in charge is awesome as well. There are little amenities here and the stairs are daunting but otherwise it’s a great budget stay!

Super helpful and friendly staff

The receptionist was very helpful and knows the area very well. He gives recommendations of bus stops, convenient stores, points of interest around the area. He was kind enough to carry our bags upstairs as well as give us some water since we walked from the train station and it was very hot. Their AC was superb and made a lot of difference when we are resting given how hot it is in florence right now

Overall good place to stay. However very minimal outlets, really tight room and there was noise during the night.

The staff was courteous enough. There's no elevator, so be ready to go up steep stairs. The room's AC did not work. We stayed in summer time and the heat was unbearable, luckily our stay was just one night. Unfortunately opening a window was not an option as the temperature in Florence was over 95 degrees. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom drains, it stunk up the whole room. Would not stay there in during summer or hot weather. The location is very convenient and the room and bathroom were spacious, specially by European standards.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning works very well. Hotel is a quick 12 min walk away from all major tourist sites and the train station.

Our stay at this hotel was really lovely. Sadly we never got his name, but the guy at the front desk sat us down at the beginning of the trip and gave us advice about things to see and do in Florence. It was also really thoughtful that there was water left in our room everyday - most of the hotels we have stayed at in Italy haven’t done this. 100% would recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay here! The hotel is barebones but the location is amazing. Everything is a 10 minute walk away. The AC was perfect and the staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained, there are not any amenities but if you are looking for nice clean hotel so you can explore Florence this is a perfect choice!

They gave us a room with a broken shower it was very frustrating. After a long night out we had to shower on our knees because the shower head wouldn’t work , only the spout for below the waist. - mind you it was a small square shower so it was very uncomfortable. They tried to fix it in the morning with no luck and told us we can switch rooms because there’s no more available but then throughout the day they managed to rig it up so that only the top worked. The toilet was leaking. The stairs to get up are terrible if you have luggage or carrying anything, but there was a man who helped. The room was overall clean.

Highly recommend. Very central location, very nice staff, and rooms are very modern and well maintained. If they had a laundry service it would have made it perfect. Note that there is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to get to the front desk and rooms, so if that is a problem you may want to consider something else. Otherwise don't you don't need to look further.
