フロント奥にソファやトイレあり、チェックイン前の観光前や観光の途中に使わせていただきました。当日は非常に暑かったこともあり、とてもありがたかったです。

設備や客室は非常にきれいに保たれていた。 スタッフも感じ良く、素敵な笑顔で対応していただいた。建物自体の見た目が可愛くチェコらしさを感じられた。 朝食の利用はなし。

広場を見渡せるデラックスルームにグレードアップしていただきました。部屋は広々として、センスが良く、とてもリラックスできました。チェスキークルムロフ城まで歩くこともでき、大変便利な場所だと思います。都合でレストランを利用できなかった長い唯一心残りです。

チェスキークロムロフの中心地で便利ですが、 石畳が多いので、スーツケース手持ちの場合は 少し大変です。 ホテル内は非常に清潔で、綺麗でした。

This was a perfect place to stay for us. In the middle of a heatwave we wanted a place with air conditioning (yes…we’re American!!) and this place delivered. Great breakfast and comfortable and cool rooms. Friendly staff.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean with an efficient AC (not common in Europe). We arrived at 11am (before check in time), the hotel staff helped us complete the check in process and moved our luggage to the room when we come back. The breakfast very good as well. However, the chair in the room was slightly wobbly, and there was no fridge in the room.

The Hotel Oldinn is ideally situated for the old town and castle. With parking nearby and it's location on the old square it is hard to beat. Having said all of that we were unimpressed with some aspects. Staff seemed rather complacent and not particularly courteous to guests. Breakfast was ok but restaurant staff lazy and a little rude. We asked for fresh water and felt like we had committed a crime! We were awoken twice at 6.30 on the second morning of our stay by a member of staff calling and insisting we needed to wake up for our tour. We did not, he had called the incorrect room number. There were no large towels in our room when we arrived and so those had to be requested. I also requested a sewing kit to make a repair but this never arrived. Finally, there was a large number of black hairs in our room; in the bedding, floor and bathroom. To be 'great' a hotel not only has to look nice but the service has to be good. Sadly, Hotel Oldinn failed in that aspect. I am sure staff get fatigued by the endless stream of tourists in summer but we were rather disappointed by service levels.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt luxurious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

Loistava hotelli aivan kaupungin sydämessä. Todella hyvä aamiainen, ilmastoitu tilava huone, oma tila vieraille päivän kulkemisen jälkeen jossa virvokkeita. Todella avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Todella isot suositukset hotellille!

I was staying in room 111. I had a great stay thanks to Foued at the front office. He helped with everything in the most professional and kind way. Restaurants and Taxi booking to the train station that was necessary to make my visit efficient. Really friendly and relaxed no rush at all providing the support. Thanks

The staff at the concierge was very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good. The air conditioning keeps it bearable but I would not say that it operates to the standard that I am accustomed to in America.

The hotel was excellent. We didn't use the amenities, because we had no time

Great location, just in the middle of the Main Square, making it perfect to have a walk across the city at every time! We received a complimentary room upgrade, so the view was amazing! The breakfast service was a bit rude, as it closes at 10am and we showed up at 9:50am. I couldn't actually get a 2nd cup of coffee at 10:03am, because the coffee machine was already out of service! Staff at the main lobby were super nice to us, giving directions and restaurant recommendations!
