スタッフの方は丁寧な対応で、部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしてくれたこともあり広くて快適だった。ガイドブックに掲載されているレストランやリネンの店にもほど近く立地も良かった。朝食会場ではベビーチェアも用意してくれたので、子連れでもゆっくり食事することができた。

旧市街の真ん中で観光もしやすいホテルです。 綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 ロビーにビリヤード台があり、自由に遊べます。

リトアニア自体は正直イマイチだったが、このホテルは本当に良かった！ホテルだけがリトアニアでのいい思い出。

とても丁寧親切に対応してもらい、快適な滞在ができた。　プール・サウナはプライベートでのファミリーユースにして下さり、気兼ねなく使用できた。　バスの予約の手配などもスムーズにしてもらえた。　　フレンチレストランでもゆっくりと食事が楽しめた。　　部屋はとても快適だった。　旧市内の便利な場所にあり、ホテルから歩いての観光が便利だった。　夏の暑い時期で、シャワーを浴びたり着替えたりのためにホテルに日中にちょっと戻るのに大変便利であり、快適な市内観光ができた。　さすがにルレ・シャトーのレベルを維持しているホテルであった。

アットホームなブティックホテル。部屋は少し小さめで若干暗いですが、フロントも親切で場所も旧市街の真ん中。宿泊客が少なめで、混雑してないのが魅力。

立地も便利なところにあり、格式ある素敵なホテルでした。スタッフもフレンドリーでよかったです。貸し切りのサウナとプールがあり、贅沢な時間を過ごせました。

5つ星ホテルと期待していたのですが、期待（とお値段）からすると「ふーむ。。」という感じでもありますが、それでもやはりこの立地は旅行者には代えがたい便利さです。 お部屋以外の箇所に、このホテルの星の多さが表れているような気がします。たとえばプール。プール自体は小さいのですが、サウナも楽しめ、ゆっくりできるスペースもあり、とてもよかったです。レストランでは朝食をいただきましたが、チーズ＆ジャムの多さに驚きました。 ちなみに私たちは2泊し、近くの観光ガイドにも全く載っていないレストランで食事をしましたが、とっても美味しかったです。

静かでいいところでした。吹き抜けのあるホテルで、宿泊した部屋は３階。ちょっと見えにくい階段を上ったところにある部屋で、隠れ家みたいな感じでした。ホテルは旧市街にあります。あまりにぎやかなところではないですが、ちょっとあるくとレストランなどは何軒もあります。繁華街に泊まりたい人にはお勧めできませんが、ゆったりした滞在を楽しみたい人にはお勧めできると感じました。

Very quaint and friendly. They have a history of serving celebrities in a low key, helpful manner. Great location in the historic old town.

Stikliai have always been a signature Vilnius’s hotel so we had very high expectations for this 5* place. And its still has a very lovely lobby and restaurant as well as location is amazing for tourists. However, everything else was disappointing. First of all, reception staff was average. They did not provide us any information at all, neither about food, wifi, other available services. The only fact they cared about is to make us wait for extra 40 minutes as our room was not ready and they promised we will get upgrade. And we did not :) . Also, rooms have the worst soundproof. We were awaken few times each night and morning by people chatting in the corridors. You can hear every sneeze and every whisper. But the most awkward thing you definitely do not expect from 5 star hotel is their penniy-pinching. They only provided water to the room for the first night and never filled it again. There were no other perks provided (in other hotels they can give you chocolates or wine but not here) and their minibar was insanely overpriced. Honestly, will never come back. There are many more better options around

Excellent location in the old town, welcoming friendly informative reception, superb breakfast. A nice touch at breakfast was the birthday cake and candle on my husband's birthday. Extremely enjoyable stay.

This is the only place I stay visiting Vilnius! Everything is perfect. And the staff is super friendly and welcoming!!

The hotel itself is very nice and the service is impeccable. I was put in what was referred to as the attic with a VERY pitched ceiling. I hit my head at least 7 times and ended up with bad headaches. It was room 414. Given that the hotel was quite empty, I do not understand why they could not have given me a better room.

Jag och min man hade en riktigt härlig vistelse på Stikliai Hotel. Servicen var på topp – personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam, vilket gjorde att jag kände mig väl omhändertagen. Hotellet är vackert med en elegant atmosfär som verkligen sticker ut. Läget är perfekt, nära till stadens sevärdheter och mysiga gator. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera det till den som vill ha ett hotell som i sig själv blir en minnesvärd upplevelse i Vilnius.
