場所は便利で、スタッフの対応も丁寧。そういう部分でのストレスは特にありません。 キッチン付きだが、清潔とまでは、いい難く、グラスなんかは、洗うのか、あるいは、洗剤ぐらい置いておくべき。 これは、ホテルに非があるわけではないのですが、週末は明け方まで、外が騒がしいので、気になる人は、避けた方がいいかもしれません。

キッチン、電子レンジがあって良かった。いろいろな所に行きやすかった。

部屋にはキッチンもあり、洗面も２つありました。立地も良く、スタッフの対応も丁寧でとてもいいホテルでした。朝食の種類が少ないのと、味はイマイチでした。

立地が良くて、良いホテルでした。 最上階の広いお部屋に宿泊しました。たぶんランクアップしてくださったのだと思います。 ソファ、キッチンもあり快適でした。 バスタブ付きで水圧も良かったです。

It was a great stay, and they were great staffs! The room was large and my child enjoyed staying. There was a small kitchen and we could make foods for her. Furthermore the staffs were really nice. They gave us recommended restaurants where we can bring the child near the hotel, and also they made a reservation by phone instead of us, because we couldn’t speak Spanish. And the price was not expensive. We really enjoyed our stay.

スペインには貴重なバスタブ付き都心部のホテル 建物はやや古めかしいが、清掃には気を使ってるため居心地よく過ごせた。 スタッフもどの方も笑顔で快く、特にチェックイン時に、フロントを探して階段下から、覗いたら、若いメガネを掛けた男性スタッフがすぐに気づいて荷物を運ぶために来てくれ、到着早々気持ちがとてもよくなりました。

ホテルの部屋自体は快適でした。 掃除も行き届いていて、良かったと思います。 ただ、部屋の鍵の解錠方法の説明がなく、当初開けられずに、フロントスタッフに助けられました。 助けてもらえたのはいいんですが、最初に開け方を教えて欲しかったです。 あと、ホテル入口からフロントまで、階段とエレベーターがあり、荷物が多いときついです。 朝食は…もう少し塩を足してほしい。そのままでは味がない。

地下鉄プラサ・デ・エスパーニャ駅出てすぐ、グランビアのど真ん中にあり、観光にとても便利でした。 設備はさすがに古くて部屋もちょっと暗めでしたが、とにかく料金が安いし、寝るだけなので私には全く問題ありませんでした。 部屋に隙間だらけの冷蔵庫と、ミニキッチン（電気コンロ・鍋・食器・カトラリー）が付いていて、デパ地下のスーパーで買った総菜を持ち帰って食べるのに重宝しました。 冷蔵庫には空きスペースがいっぱいあるので、近くのキヨスクで買ったペットボトルなどを入れておけます。 安いながら、バスタブ付きで、お湯も問題なく出て満足でした。

地下鉄プラサ・デ・エスパーニャ駅出てすぐのところにあり、観光に最高でした。 部屋も1人には十分な広さでした。 部屋にはミニキッチン（電気コンロ、食器、カトラリー付き）と冷蔵庫がついており、スーパーで買った食材を食べるのに重宝しました。 とても安いのにバスタブも付いていて、お湯もちゃんと出ました。 設備が古くて部屋が若干薄暗かったですが、夏だったし私には全く問題ありませんでした。

Excelente hotel mejor hotel no pude haber resersvado para Madrid... Esta en el corazon de la gran via todo queda super cerca practicamente puedes ver la gran mayoria de los puntos turisticos caminando. Habia infinitas opciones de tiendas, lugares para comer y mucho mas alrededor. Habitaciones grandes, super comodas y muy limpias. Todo nos encanto eramos 8 en 4 habitaciones y nos encanto TODO....

The Hotel Rooms were really good. Very good bed, room size and the bathroom was fantastic. The reception staff was helpful and remembered even our room number. The breakfast was only average, while the breakfast staff was terrible. The check-list, the Handy and just watching the guest coming does not really help for breakfast guests. Nothing on the table was prepared although guests were expecting and could expect this for a cost of € 15.50 per person Let the Housekeeping look over the breakfast and having it properly prepared. The current breakfast staff could be saved as they do not want to do the difference anyway….!!

Muy buena calidad-precio. Ubicado en plena Gran Vía, muy cerca de la parada de metro de Plaza España. El personal tanto de día como por la tarde-noche muy atentos. Nos toco un pequeño apartamento con cocina, lo que aprovechamos para poder comprar algo del supermercado y tomarlo en la habitación. Si duda volvería.

Hotel muito bem localizado, aparentemente recém reformado. Tivemos uma estadia tranquila e gostosa. O hotel não tem serviço de restaurante a noite (apenas café e almoço). Valeu a pena.
