部屋のセーフティボックスは使えない（全室壊れている）、カウンターの貴重品預かりがずさん、ＴＶリモコンの電池カバーが無い、トイレ便器の蓋が外れていた、トイレットペーパーが無い、電話が故障で使用できない、テーブルも椅子も無い、衣類を入れる引き出しも無い、エレベーターは壊れて使用不能、だからタオルが運べないから交換できないとの事、唯一の避難階段に給水管の水漏れで滑って上り下りが怖かった、ベットの上掛けは裸の毛布だけだった、1回も部屋の掃除はしてくれなかった、タオル交換はあるものだけ貰いにいった、毎日すべての貴重品をもって観光する羽目になった、チェックインは規定時間にはしてくれなかった、チェックアウトで手荷物をホテルにパクられた。二度と行きたくないチェーン店のホテルだった。

値段の割に高い。エレベーターが故障し大変でした。チェックアウト後スーツケースも預かってくれず下のコインロッカーにいれてくれと。アメニティも全くなくこれでこの価格は納得いかない。立地だけはよいがほぼどこでも地下鉄があるのでこちらにする必要性はなかった。

The front desk staff, both women and men, were always warm and welcoming.

立地は最高。 スタッフもフレンドリー。 エレベーターは暗く古さを感じたけど、問題なし。 シーツなどは変えて欲しかった。

驚くほど狭いです。部屋はほぼベットで入ったときに驚きました。ただ、寝るなら充分で、スタッフも親切だし、周囲がとにかく便利で選んで良かったと思います。

冷蔵庫は有ったのですが、冷えが少し悪く残念でした。

どこに行くにも便利。荷物預かりのコインロッカーも有ります。

カタルーニャ広場そばのホテルジャズの少し先です。エントランスはちょっとわかりにくいかな。ホテルの住所をバルセロナの人に見せると親切に教えてくれました。 近くに24時間のスーパー、通りの向かいに美味しい有名生ハム店やサブウェイもあります。 カタルーニャ広場のデパート地下にはあらゆる食材やお土産もあります。

Excelente ubicación, cerca de Plaza Cataluña, las Ramblas y la estación del metro. Transportación disponible todo el tiempo en taxi, bus o metro. Personal atento, facilidades limpias y adecuadas y un excelente desayuno. Altamente recomendado!

Sehr sehr laut weil direkt in der Innenstadt was ok ist, leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert somit mussten die Fenster über Nacht aufbleiben... Tapeten fallen von den Wänden, sieht aus wie ein früherer Wasserschaden...

Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig, die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, Frühstück für 17 € naja... Insgesamt sauber und perfekt gelegen, aber das Geld nicht wert - sorry!

The location is great. It’s walkable to the places we want to see and there’s even a metro station right under it, which is very convenient. The hotel needs some love overall. Bene, the front desk staff is very helpful and personable. However, the other two staff at night were a little cold (not sure if it’s because of the language barrier or what). The room itself is decent. We are grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room. But maybe they can add hotel basic amenities like an iron, kettle, or cups. Overall, it was still a good stay. We didn’t have any issues with the room.

Room was cleaned daily by housekeeping and the front desk was extremely kind. I’m glad we stayed in this location (it was an easy walk to everything).

Tiny room, needs some love. Only paid lockers to leave luggage which weren’t big enough for our cases. We weren’t offered an alternative. Close to the main square & La Ramblas

Hotel does not look like pictures at all! The room so bare and stark with white walls. The hallway had so many huge water leak where the wallpaper was falling off. Way too many papers to sign at check in. Extremely overpriced for what you get. There is nothing boutique’ at all about this property.
