リトアニアのホテルは，どこに泊まっても階段だらけです。バリアフリーではないことを覚悟してください。おまけにベストウェスタンホテル（カウナス）は，ポーターがいません。だれも荷物を運んでくれません。どんなに思い荷物も自分で持って階段を上り下りしなければなりません。 　何といっても，部屋のネット環境が悪く不安定で，部屋を替えてらってもなお，インターネットはつながらず，対応してくれたホテルスタッフも，ここはネットの電波が不安定です，で終わりでした。したがって仕事ができませんでした。部屋によっては何の問題もなくつながる部屋もあるようです。 ホテルの朝食はまぁまぁ，特においしいというわけでもありません。 部屋の掃除は行き届いているとは言えませんでした。

Dobry hotel, z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Śniadania niestety słabe - mały wybór dań i produkty spożywcze niskiej jakości.

Had a lovely stay. The room was nice and big with a pleasant warm bathroom. The staff were very nice too and the breakfast nice and varied - although I never found the maple syrup for the pancakes.

Top floor room was really noisy, because of the air conditioning or some machine that was giving up..

The quality of rooms is varied to say the least. On some occassions, excellent, but this time, whilst the room had character, it was in quite a sad (and potentially dangerous) state. I think the hotel was overbooked, as breakfast was very chaotic too.

Dobry hotel, wyposażenie pokoi trochę przestarzałe, pora na remont. Śniadania dość słabe. Czajnik w pokoju. Bezpłatny parking.

The reception staff was very very helpful. The room was well insulated, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was well placed. On the negative side, the room was too hot and we did not manage to regulate the heating.

Excellent location. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room, whilst not the biggest, was a reasonable size, and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, but because of my disability, that was actually better for me.

The hotel does not have good access for disabled people. There are steps into the reception area. And there is a further set of stairs to the elevator. Going into the building there are 2/3 steps. But no handrail. I also had to miss breakfast as the dinning room is also down a flight of stairs. For this reason, i would not recommend it to people with difficulties walking. Also the room was very dated and definitely needs a re-fit.

Mein Eindruck ist, dass bei einer Buchung mit Expedia zuzüglich erhaltener Rabatte ein Zimmer mit mindestens einer Kategorie schlechter geboten wird, als bei einer direkten Buchung zu den selben Konditionen. Das Hotelzimmer war Ok, es hätte aber schon vor Jahren eine grundlegende Renovierung erhalten müssen. Auch waren die Dachfenster mit reichlich Vogelkot ausgestattet

Everything okay with the minor inconvenience of a ridiculously small toilet room (separate from the bathroom). Room spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast very good, staff service minded, on-site parking tight, but safe and free. We usually stay here when visiting Kaunas and never disappointed.

Kiva, tilava ja valoisa kulma huone 5.kerros. Ilmastointi hyvä, hiljainen, lakanat laadukkaat. Siisti. Aamupala ok, ei huippu muttei ihan huonokaan. Vanhassa kaupungissa ja kävelymatka kaikkeen. Parkkipaikka maksuton talon takapihalla, hienoa.
