リトアニアのホテルは，どこに泊まっても階段だらけです。バリアフリーではないことを覚悟してください。おまけにベストウェスタンホテル（カウナス）は，ポーターがいません。だれも荷物を運んでくれません。どんなに思い荷物も自分で持って階段を上り下りしなければなりません。 　何といっても，部屋のネット環境が悪く不安定で，部屋を替えてらってもなお，インターネットはつながらず，対応してくれたホテルスタッフも，ここはネットの電波が不安定です，で終わりでした。したがって仕事ができませんでした。部屋によっては何の問題もなくつながる部屋もあるようです。 ホテルの朝食はまぁまぁ，特においしいというわけでもありません。 部屋の掃除は行き届いているとは言えませんでした。

Great lodging, comfortable clean rooms, parking on site free, restaurant with excellent food. Extremely friendly helpful staff

The hotel is easy walking distance for everything in the Old Town and main pedestrian thoroughfares and tourist interests. 10 mins walk from the river. It is in a peaceful street and the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned spotlessly. Good value for money. Comfortable beds and firm pillows available.

We only stayed for night, we we're just driving past Kaunas and needed a hotel for the night. It had free parking and also free breakfast, which was excellent. The hotel itself is in a old building, which makes it more interesting. The decor is a bit outdated, but the room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja vähän erilainen. Se oli loistavalla paikalla,lyhyt matka vanhaankaupunkiin sekä uuteen keskustaan.Parkkipaikka sisäpihalla,turvallinen. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, ravintolan ruoka maistuvaa.Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Voisin mennä uudestaan. Mutta Kaunas kaupunkina on nähty kahdessa päivässä.

Z tego hotelu korzystam regularnie do dawna. Może nie jest najnowszy, a śniadania mogły by być bardziej urozmaicone i z lepszych produktów ale i tak chętnie tu wracam.

Rude staff. My suit was left in the room, and all they did was tell me to email them. They didn't try to solve the problem. I won't stay here again; it was terrible.

Dobry hotel, z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Śniadania niestety słabe - mały wybór dań i produkty spożywcze niskiej jakości.

Had a lovely stay. The room was nice and big with a pleasant warm bathroom. The staff were very nice too and the breakfast nice and varied - although I never found the maple syrup for the pancakes.
