Mathieu, really hospitality, persnonally recommended the cocktail he made, also the breakfast! The yogurt and the orange juice all the fresh fruits bring me Fresh day. And I love croissants also the eggs dishes really delicious.

This hotel with a strange name is a little family-run place, where we happened to stay for three nights during Christmas. The taxi, however, identified the address without problem as the street is rather well-known to people; it is a few blocks away from red light district. We were warmly welcomed by Rachel (who is originally from Wisconsin) and her husband, and introduced to a room on the second floor up the little steep stairway. For the old construction of this area, however, it must be usual. The room was not spacious but efficiently arranged and quite clean. As it was not facing the street, we were able to spend quiet nights. Breakfast was very satisfactory for the start of the morning and Rachel served a very helpful concierge for everything like how to buy tram tickets and what was the best way to save money for the use of public transportations and where to eat. We were able to meet with their little lovely daughter Sophia, and grandparents who live in Rotterdam, because it was Christmas. A very nice family. There are numerous eating places in the area including European, Chinese and even Indonesian restaurants and many pubs. The subway station is 2 minutes away also. This hotel is highly recommended for those who like to touch with the warm family atmosphere and to enjoy the downtown crowd.

Great location, close to everything. Service was good, delicious breakfast. Rooms are so unique and beds were comfortable. The main floor is a bar in the evening. Not loud at all, with a nice list of cocktails. Fun place to stay!

We could not have picked a better place to stay in Amsterdam! Rachel and all the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Everything about Rosalia’s was perfect! Would love to stay here again if I ever get back to Amsterdam!

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. Above and beyond. My only concern was the stairs, which I believe would be a consideration in any spot long the canals. Tight and steep. Staff will navigate the stairs with your bag if needed. I was too tired each day coming back to enjoy a cocktail, but they do look amazing.

This was such a nice place to stay on our visit to Amsterdam. I truly felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Rachael the owner is a wonderful host and her staff is so kind and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing also!

Excellent breakfast amazing cocktails

We loved this hotel! We loved our room. It was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Our room was next to the window along the canal, which provided a beautiful view, but was still quiet enough. It was close to all of the sites that we wanted to see. All of them were within a 30 minute walk, wherever we went. Breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. A Particular shout out to Gabriel and Kevin who helped us with our bags and served us at breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again when we return to the city.

Staff were very courteous and individually attentive to us and other guests. We were kindly greeted each time we arrived back to the inn and each morning as we started our day. The inn was safe, walkable to main tourist sites, charming, and had wonderful amenities, like bag storage, a free and restocked daily mini bar, phenomenal breakfast, and a unique bar.

Lovely hosts. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and overall had a great stay and would 100% stay here and again. Cocktail bar was also really cosy with a great atmosphere and amazing drinks

Excellent hotel

It's a heritage cosy hotel dating back 2 centuries on the canal bank right in the middle of the historic centre of Amsterdam. The owners were around and not only were they sweet but went out of the way to help us with our exploration of the city. There's a small cocktail bar that opens in the evening and serves some killer thematic cocktails. A must stay if you wish to experience subtle opulence, heritage and true hospitality.

this is such a lovely spot, central but quiet! The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly! Breakfast was delicious & coffee was amazing!
