HOTEL SUCIO, MALA ATENCION , CARO PARA LO QUE OFRECEN , NO LIMPIAN TODOS LOS DÍAS

Muy buena ubicación y atención del personal

Me ha encantado es como un pequeño oasis en el centro de Madrid. Los puntitos negativos son que las camas aunque cómodas hacían ruido, y que aunque tuviésemos una cortina, entraba la luz. Aún así yo volveré a este hotel.

El personal es amable, la cama algo dura, pero las almohadas bien. Muy pequeño todo, casi sin lugar donde poner objetos. Pero para tres noches muy bien. Hay jarra para tomar té o café, un minibar. Ahí caliente y regadera muy buenas.

The hotel neglected to respond to messages. The number listed on the site is out of service. Could not communicate that we would be late and needed special accommodations for late check in. Now I’m out here in the alley and can’t check in and get into the room I’ve paid for.

Esperava mais do hotel , está próximo a Gran via mas é um hotel antigo e estranho , falta cobertores ,

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto e banheiro limpos e pequenos. Próximo de restaurantes, bares e rmercado. Nas ruas próximas ao hotel tem barulho à noite.

A localização é excelente. O hotel é antigo, como a grande maioria na região. Mas atende bem. Recomendo.

Hotel bem decorado e reformado porém antigo. Cama boa! Quarrying limpo. Muito bem localizado. Funcionários educados.

The location is good, and the styling of the hotel is a matter of taste. However, the quality of the room and its amenities is simply poor. The soundproofing is non-existent, and in both our first and second room there was no way to hang towels. Additionally, in our first so-called VIP room, the toilet was not fixed to the floor, and a ventilation vent started blowing air loudly for an hour during the night.

Hotel bem localizado no coração de Madrid com todos serviços e lazer disponíveis há poucos passos. Para poucos dias o quarto simples atende bem, se for estender, sugiro upgrade para um com cama maior.

Struttura vicinissima alla movida e alla gran via. Metro a due passi

Very unique hotel. Loved the decor. Room was lovely but would have liked a wardrobe to put suitcases away. Bed was very comfortable but found it hard to sleep due to the noise from the road outside and the construction noise. Location was perfect only a short walk to gran via and Callao metro stop.

Um hotel ok, próximo à Gran Via. Silencioso, mas muito caro para o que oferece. É mais um hostel que um hotel.
