The lady at the front desk was very kind. The lady serving breakfast was also very kind. We could walk to Sagrada Familia where we had breakfast, the center, the sea and Ciutaderia Park, so it was easy to get around. The bicycle rental shop near Happy was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to travelers!!

Room is very clean. Laundry is free of charge including a soap. I expected there is IH heating but not. wi-fi was so slow and disconnect frequently.

シャワーの蛇口が下に向かず水平に近いので水が外にまき散らされた。キッチン付きだと思って予約したのに電子レンジがあるだけでコンロがなかった、簡易キッチン付きに騙された！もっとわかりやすい表示にしてほしい！

清潔で、スタッフの方の対応も親切でした。朝食も期待はしていませんでしが、種類も豊富で美味しかった。

キッズルームがあり、子どもが楽しめた。

テレビが砂嵐。一度頼んで直りましたが、次の日から砂嵐に舞い戻り、再度頼むも直らず、泣き寝入り。地下の無料ランドリーと本格的なマシンが設置されたジムは重宝しました。朝食ビュッフェは欧州では平均的、日本客には十分（生ハム、サーモン、）、数日滞在なら飽きない。フロントスタッフは常駐し、まあまあ親切。利便性は、マリーナ、ボガテル、テアトル駅が歩いていける距離にあり、その日の行先によって選べる。9月11日はお祭りのため市場やショッピングセンターが軒並み休み、バルやレストランは開いてますが、買物にはご用心。

広さもあり窓も大きく光が入る快適なアパートホテルです。ミニキッチンは必要なものがしっかり揃っており部屋で食事を取るのも便利。共用洗濯機エリアがあり旅先では本当に助かるのでポイントが高いです。今回、お部屋の設備が壊れているのが残念でした。ベッドランプ、リビングライトが共に使えずその旨をレセプションへ伝えたところ「夜はメンテナンスがいないので無理」と言われましたが、「お部屋の設備が使えないのは不公平では無いですか」とお願いをしたら時間が経ってから来てくれました。ただ電球を替えても使用は出来ずそもそもが壊れていたようです。対応に来てくださった方は親切でしたが、レセプションの対応がイマイチでした。 それ以外は心地よい滞在でした。

部屋がとても綺麗で、お風呂・キッチンも快適です。トースター、オーブンレンジも使えました。 近くのスーパーで買い物して、初日の夕飯は部屋で自炊して楽しみました！ 共有スペースのランドリーは、絵がなく説明が英語のみなので使い方が難しいです。 洗剤は内蔵されているので、直接入れる必要はありませんでした。 カタルーニャ広場〜タクシーで10分程で着きました。 ホテルの前や、少し歩いた大通りは車通りが多いので、タクシーは捕まえやすいと思います。

This was our 5th stop in our Europe trip. We were happy they offer laundry service at no cost. We were able to wash some clothes as we had one more stop after this. Breakfast was pretty pleasant. They do have a fee for that, but it was good. Our trip was short and sweet. we enjoyed staying here.

Posso dizer que tive uma estadia perfeita em Barcelona. Tudo que o hotel propõe é de qualidade!! Os funcionários são excelentes, todos gentis e cordiais (a Clara do café da manhã é um amor de pessoa e nos tratou super bem, assim como todos os outros funcionários). O café da manhã é bom, a academia também e ainda dispõe de lavanderia gratuita. Definitivamente, eu ficaria novamente neste hotel!

Love the digital check in but looks like there is a gab between Naitly & Expedia, they needed my headshot and passport pic even though I provided that, they language was used in emails asking for this data was like within one hour or …. Now the unit has hair in the floor when I checked in but I was too tired to ask them to clean it next day I asked them to clean I was told the schedule to clean this unit not today. Now the unit has no water (drinking water usually couple of bottles for arrivals) no coffee to brew. The lady at the front desk was very rude, the breakfast was one of the worst ever experienced hence I did not go for breakfast after we tried it once. The 5th floor corridor was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy. On the other side the location was great and some of the staff were really friendly except for the lady at the front desk.

Overall, solid. The sewer odor others have discussed is a real thing. It’s more of an issue with the neighborhood than the hotel, I think.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional.

Frühstück war voll ok. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage voll ok. Negativ war: In der Nacht hat man vom Gang sehr laut von den Mitbewohnern die Gespräche wahrgenommen. Der Gang war nicht sauber.

Albergo anonimo, camere appartamento assolutamente da rivedere. Doccia che perde acqua ovunque, nessuna aspirazione, tavoletta del wc rotta! Il divano letto ha un materasso terribile. Meno male che abbiamo utilizzato la camera quelle poche ore solo per lavarci e dormire. Fare hotel non e’ da tutti

Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.
