We stayed at several hotels throughout Sicily—including Palermo, Taormina, and Siracusa—and this was by far the weakest experience of our trip. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our first room would not cool properly, so we were moved to a second, which was only slightly better. We were later offered a third room and even another hotel, and were told it would cool down outside at night. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts to help, guests should not have to switch rooms multiple times because the AC doesn’t work. Even in the second room, the temperature never dropped below about 23°C (73°F), making it difficult to sleep after hot days of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. It barely worked in our room, forcing me to go to the lobby just to download shows. Reliable internet should be a basic amenity. The room lacked expected conveniences such as a coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary bottled water. Individually these are minor, but together they made the stay feel below the standard we experienced elsewhere in Sicily. As we packed to leave, we also found ants at the foot of the bed, adding to our disappointment. The staff remained courteous and tried to address the issues, but good service cannot compensate for inadequate facilities. Ragusa is a beautiful city, but this hotel fell short in air conditioning, Wi-Fi, amenities, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Had 2 rooms. One had a thin uncomfortable mattress, the other had no windows. I was not comfortable in a room without a window.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Their kindness made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored palace, full of charm and elegance. Every corner reflects careful craftsmanship and respect for the building’s history, creating a unique and atmospheric experience. The location is excellent—perfectly situated within a short distance of both Ragusa Ibla and the newer part of Ragusa, making it easy to explore the best of both areas. We stayed in Suite number 12, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury and relaxation that we truly appreciated. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality stay.

Dimora storica in cui sono state realizzate camere di design molto curate. Biancheria di alta qualità pulizia perfetta. Personale molto gentile e attento al cliente. Migliorabile l’illuminazione nelle camere. colazione inclusa di ottima qualità. Piscina non nella struttura ma in albergo vicinissimo.

Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de verre et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou thé (même payant) dans la chambre. Une bouteille d’eau gratuite par séjour serait appréciable.

The property is nice, big rooms, a/c was not working well and was a bit warm to sleep comfortably. We had a disagreement with the parking arrangements offered and ended up paying it twice... we are still waiting for a reimbursement...

Bon hôtel . Prix correct excellent petit déjeuner

Great place to stay. Quiet. A very nice pool for swimming and sauna. Very comfortable bed; not too firm or too soft. Good breakfast.

Tried to change date as u made a mistake on calendar. They wanted to charge me more than my original booking $200 As I had no insurance they took advantage of situation although it was over 2 weeks in advance. Therefore I did not go and paid anyway. Shameful
