We stayed 5nights here. The location was good because it was close to both train and metro station as well as many restaurants and supermarket. The room was clean and well organized. However, we felt the actual room looked cheaper that what we saw online, and amenities were not enough (eg. only one dish washing tablet and two detergents for 5 nights, tea/coffee) considering the price we paid.

ステゥーディオの1ルームコンドミニアムです。洗濯機乾燥機もあり長旅には便利です。キッチンも必要なものは揃ってます暮らすように過ごせます。

サンツ駅至近とは思えないほど静かな立地。メトロ駅も至近。大きいスーパーも近くにあって便利。施設は静かで快適。室内に乾燥機付き最新型洗濯機があるのも嬉しい。旅行者向けアパートとして最高の宿泊施設だと思う。唯一の欠点としてはバスタブのお湯が途中で水に変わってしまうこと。通常のシャワー使用であれば問題なし。

1週間滞在しました。 ホテルというよりウィークリーマンションと思ってください。 良いところ 　L1のPlaza de Sants駅、鉄道Sants駅近く。どちらも徒歩5分圏内 　24時間のスーパーが近い。 　近くに居酒屋がたくさんある。 　食器、冷蔵庫、洗濯機など生活に必要なものが揃っている。自炊も可能。 　部屋が広々としている。日本人なら大人二人でも広々としています。 悪いところ 　受付がおらず、何かあったら電話で呼び出す必要がある（英語か西語必須） 　テレビがほぼスペイン語のみ（気になる人だけ） 　地下鉄が浅いらしく朝から夜まで走行音が聞こえる（振動） 　建物前の通りが人通りが少なく、夜は薄暗い（女性は気になるかも） 　アメニティが貧弱。 　 　悪いところもありますが、総じてよいホテルだと思います。なお地下鉄の振動が終わった後でL1の駅に行くと日中はちょうど次の電車が来ているくらいの間隔で移動ができます。

　展示会のため7日間滞在しました。こちらはホテルではなく家具付きアパートです。一応ベッドメイキングなど毎日お願いできますが別料金になります。アパートなのでもちろんフロントはなく、到着したら電話で連絡を取り合って鍵を明けて貰う必要があります。なので最低限英語ができないと厳しいかな。 　テレビも衛星放送がないためローカルの番組しかみれませんが、洗濯機、食器（ほとんどIKEA)、ワインオープナーやまな板、包丁まであり、一通り生活ができます。ただコスメティックはないので別途自分で持っていく必要があります。一応シャンプーなどありますが、宿泊中の補充はありませんでした。 　場所についてはBarcelona Santsから徒歩5分くらいで、地下鉄のL1/L5の駅までも5分くらい、目の前の通りを少し歩くとバルやスーパーがいくつかありとても便利です。ただそこを離れると人気がなくなるため女性一人はアパート内に入る際は気をつけたほうがよいと思います。 　また私は気になりませんでしたが、駅の近くなので電車が通るたびに微振動があります。

空港からサンツ駅まで20分。サンツ駅からも5分もかからないし、地下鉄の駅も近くて便利でした。セキュリティもよく、周辺にはお店もたくさんあります。調理も洗濯などできて6泊が快適でした。 またバルセロナに泊まるときは利用したい。

通常のホテルより割高であったが、キッチンやランドリーが完備されていること、エクスペディアに掲載されている写真の雰囲気がよかったので選定した。しかし、部屋の雰囲気は写真とは程遠く、シャンプー、石鹸は用意されていない。またフロントもなく、常駐の職員もいないため、タオル交換、ルームクリーニング、トイレットペーパーの追加もしてくれない（上記のサービスや夜八時以降のチェックイン、インロックをするなどスタッフを呼ぶためには追加コストが発生するとのこと）。宿泊中にお湯がでない、トイレの水が流れないというトラブルにあった際にも、こちらから電話しなければいけない状態で（電話もちろんないので、携帯電話から国際電話扱いとなった）、一般に想定されるホテルサービスを期待することはまったくできない。アパートを借りるという感覚であれば、十分に理解できるが、エクスペディアのサイトでは十分な説明がされていなかった。このような情報をきちんと説明しないまま、通常のホテルと同様に紹介しているのは大きな問題だと思う。

근처에 로컬 타파스와 식당이 많아서 식사에 편리했어요. 산츠역 바로 앞이라 교통도 정말 편리했어요. 특히 몬세라트 수도원 가시는 분들은 줄리아 버스 이용이 매우 편하고 봏습니다. 방 청소상태와 주방용품도 잘 갖춰져 있어 간단히 요리하기 좋았고 수압도 훌륭합니다. 다만 우리는 총 6박을 했는데 장기숙박의 경우 휴지나 식기세척기, 세탁세제 등을 좀더 여유롭게 준비해주면 더 편했을 것 같습니다.

Check in was really easy as it was online which then gave you access to an app with the front door of the building entry code and apartment door code (with the easy option of sliding a button in the app to unlock instead of manually entering the code. Apartment was clean and well equipped and generally quiet. Close to Barcelona Sants railway station and also metro stations. Also close to a Lidl supermarket.

The apartment is no front desk service. It is a little difficult to entry at first. After then (once we got code), everything is fine. The apartment is large enough for whole family up to 6 people. We have what we need and like to stay. Thanks for the service. Jim

This place was great, excellent location, very close to the Barcelona Sants train station and a short walk to the excellent subway system entrance. The area around the apartment was nice, lots of restaurants and shops but not many tourists in this area, which was nice. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and even had a washer and dryer. Bring some laundrey soap pods, they give you one but having some extra for additional loads is nice. We were on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The Wi-Fi worked well, but don’t expect anything in English on the TV. Our only tiny complaint was the lock on the apartment door. It requires inputting a code, and if you don’t press the buttons in a certain way, the thing goes haywire and locks up. We figured out the technique after a while though. Overall an excellent place and I would stay there again.

Nice kitchen/living area, and great patio. Spiral staircase was a little difficult to navigate with heavy luggage but otherwise just perfect.

Close to lots of interesting places to see

We stayed here because of the location to the train station, it was only a few minutes walk which was great. Nice quite area and really easy to get into the property. The instructions we were given were great and easy to understand. The property had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a kitchen to make food and we had everything we needed. Great property to stay in

Brilliant appartment just a few minutes walk from main station and metro. Sants - the area - is great. Coffee shops, bars etc... Placa Riejo is just round the corner and great for drinks/ tapas. Apartment lovely.
