部屋は小さめでモーニングの内容も期待していたよりはとてもシンプルでした。

ロケーションは最高です旧市街真ん中で車ははいれません、ルームはクリーンで二重窓で騒音はまったく無く静かに過ごせます、朝食はフィレンツェでは良い方だと思いますWiFiはちょっと遅いです、又滞在したいと思っています。

駅から近い。ヴァポレットの駅も近い。スーパーも近い。静かで清潔。

概ねよかったけど、シャワーの温度調節や湯の出方に難がありました。スタッフは丁寧に対応してくれました。

フィレンツェ の駅からも近く、中央市場、ドゥオモなども近くて立地がとても良かったです。 私はシングルに泊まりましたが広さもひとりでは全く問題無し。バスルームはシャワーだけの小さなブースでしたがシャワーヘッドがハンドル式だったので問題無し。ただ三泊した最終日に水道の水がずっと茶色かったのが微妙でした。あと私の部屋は1階でしたがWiFiの繋がりが微妙でした、、。ホテルのスタッフの方はとても紳士的で親切でとても感じが良かったです。

部屋はまあまあで朝食も付いていたので良かったが、チェックイン前の荷物預かりを断られたのは辛かった（代わりの有料預り所を案内してはくれたが）。

このホテルへの宿泊は２回目です。フィレンツェSMN駅に近く、Duomoにも近く、大変便利なところにあります。道路側の部屋のまどは2重窓になっており、外の音が部屋に回りこんでくることはありません。バスルームはコンパクトなので大きな人は少し不便するかもしれません。タオルは大きなバスタオル、ハンドタオル等はイタリアでよく見られるServietteタイプ、起毛させていないタオルです。見かけによらずよく水を拭き取ってくれます。泊まった部屋は、シャワーでがシャワーヘッドが動かせるタイプでした、ヘアードライヤもあります。ミニバー（飲み物入りの小さな冷蔵庫）があります。ホテルの場合にはコンビニ風の店が２つほどあります。

ドゥオモ、サンタマリアノヴェラ駅、中央市場のいずれにも近く、ロケーションは大変便利でした。建物のメンテナンスは中くらいです。

My initial room (208) had a strong and persistent mold smell. The staff upgraded me at no charge to a much better room for my final night.

Local terrível, recepcionistas grosseiros e sem perfil algum para trabalharem com hospedagem, colchões afundados, pia e vaso sanitário entupidos, pedimos para arrumar ou trocar de quarto e fomos mal-tratados pelo recepcionista da tarde, desentupi eu mesmo, em prol do bem estar da minha familia

Breakfast is very good and so healthy!

Overall good hotel. The room was more westernized and modern (in my opinion), but I appreciated that. Small bathroom, but I recognize that’s the norm for most Italian stays, so I’m not complaining. Just want others to be aware. The area felt clean and I felt pretty safe. Staff for the most part were nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I have no complaints!

This is a nice in a really good location close to the Medici Palace and the cathedral

L'hotel ha una posizione strategica. Vicino alla stazione dei treni e molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turisitche della bellissima Firenze. Personale molto cordiale e stanze funzionali.

This hotel is a hidden gem and perfect for those traveling to Florence and doing the tourist "thing" in historic Florence. The hotel location is perfect; close to the train station (8 minute walk) and close to the Duomo (2 minute walk) and everything else you may want to see. In addition the staff was fantastic, especially want to make a shout out to Alessandra. She not only helped me perfect my Italian "Thank You", she offered her favorite local spots for dinner and gelato. Her friendly attitude each morning was refreshing and appreciated. Yes, our room was small, but being in Florence is not about staying in the hotel it is about being out and about and seeing the sights. Enjoy and you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Hotel localizacao perfeita! Porem no inverno nao ligam o ar e é necessario abrir as janelas e ai o barulho externo é alto!
