立地、部屋、フロント対応いずれも申し分なく、快適に過ごせました。素泊まりで宿泊したので朝食についてはわかりません。

４泊しました。A.U.(日本の悪徳通信業者)から通信をシャット・ダウンされて非常に困っていたところ、受付の男性が携帯電話を無料で貸してくれたので子供と連絡が出来、大変、助かった。受付の若い男女はいつも笑みを絶やさず、適格に直ぐに対応してくれ、とても気持ちの良い滞在が出来た。また泊まりたいです。

トリエステ駅からタクシーで数分。小さな街なので徒歩観光の起点にもできます。 僕らは利用する時間がありませんでしたが、サウナが気持ち良いらしいです。

コンシェルジュの女性が親切で良かった。スリッパとティシューが無かった。

部屋はとても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごすことができた。朝食は、品数が多く、とてもおいしかった。バス停から近く、中央駅まで20,21系統のバスですぐなので、とても便利。スーパーが近くに2つあり、屋内市場も近いので買い物にはとても便利。

とてもきれいなホテルでした．朝食も（カプチーノも）美味しかったです． 駅から少し離れていますが，十分歩ける範囲だと思います．

部屋は十分広くて快適、バスタブにヘッドレストがあったり、小さいバルコニーもあって、部屋の色合いも落ち着いており癒されました。フロントや朝食のスタッフも大変感じが良かったです。ただ、帰る際に空港までタクシーをお願いしたのですが、３０~４０分程の距離で６０ユーロも請求されたのは、少し疑問が残りました（パリで空港まで1時間ほどで５０ユーロだったので）。タクシー運転手さんの問題とは思いますが、最後に残念な思いです。

Nice location across from 2 grocery stores.

The location is just off the tourist zone… lots of restaurants,services in the area. Prices are better as not water front uncharged. Javon,Sara and more staff were just lovely. Made reservations , helped with cabs and anything we asked-never a problem or imposition. Our Superior Room was beautifully detailed. Next visit we will get a true window view… no matter as we were out all day. Thank you to the staff for a fun, relaxing stay.You can be proud of a classic, well appointed Hotel that is welcoming & warm. Grazie Mille!

Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Staff was helpful & friendly & spoke English well. The room was a corner room, it was beautiful & decorated lovely. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available for purchase $14 eu pp. we did not eat but our friends did & said it was delicious & worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel for value, beauty & convenience to cruise port.

We recently had a 2 night stay in Trieste and cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We arrived before check-in and even though I made an error on the reservation necessitating a room change, staff found as a room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Nearby parking structure was easy to access and the discounted rate for hotel guests was significant. (ditch your car in Trieste!) Great breakfast and an easy walk to the historic downtown and waterfront.

Very convenient location. Very clean facilities Staff very helpful and available. It is also the kind of hotel I like, old, historic place but very well maintained. I recommend the hotel.

Nicely appointed hotel and courteous staff. Central location is walkable to key points of interest. Parking is an issue. HVAC did not respond to controls. Otherwise, a keeper.
