家族経営でしょうか、レセプションの方々がとても素晴らしく親切で人懐こく、非常に気持ち良い滞在でした。窓からは海が間近に見え、水平線の彼方に美しい日の出をみることができます。奥さまは日本がお好きらしく、それもまた快適な滞在の要因になりました。階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変ですが、ご主人が親切にも持ってあがってくれました。

目の前に広がる青いイオニア海を独り占め出来たような、素敵な部屋でした。 ホテルスタッフも礼節を保ちつつも、親しみやすかったです。本当は星6コを進呈したい、お勧め出来る快適なホテルです。

同じ系列だと思われるホテルが近くにあり 入り口がわかりにくかった。 建物は少し古く感じますが、私はヨーロッパらしくいい雰囲気だと思いました。 お部屋は広くて、何と言っても景色が最高 シービューでの予約をオススメします。 店主とみられる方にオススメのお店を聞いたら どこも最高に美味しかった。 アットホームな感じと人当たりの良さ・それに景色とゆっくりと最高ない時間が過ごせました。

立地は良いのですが、シャワーがあまりにも使いにくくておすすめできません。 値段に惹かれて、こちらに決めましたが、水回りがここまでひどいと 次回は無いかな。 ただ、一応ホテルで24時間受付対応だったので、急遽始発で次の目的地に向かうために、朝4時のチェックアウトができたので、それだけは 良かったです。

フロントスタッフの方々がとにかく親切だった。（特に女性のスタッフが明るくてパワフルな方で元気をもらった。）疲れていたが部屋も暖かい感じで落ち着けた。海に近いせいか、風の音がすごくて驚いた。シャワーの使い方がやや複雑だったことと、暖房の温度がフロントでコントロールするものだったことだけが残念だった。滞在した日がとても寒かったので。

2018/02/02～2018/02/04まで、レンターカーを利用した旅で、シービューの部屋に２泊しました。横の本館前の無料駐車スペースが利用できました。受付は２４時間・フレンドリーな対応をしてくれ、歩いて200mのお奨めのトラットリアを紹介してくれました。部屋も綺麗で広く、バルコニーから目の前海を眺めることができ、気持ち良く滞在できます。朝食は、横の本館で7:30から取れます。ロケーションは、最高で、オルティージャ島内は徒歩で観光できます。評判のＢグルメのOrtigia Fish bar,caseificio Borderi 200m(営業時間～16:00)も200ｍぐらいです。また利用したいです。

部屋に案内され、閉まっていた木の扉を開けたとき、目の前の海の青さに感激しました。ここでは海の見える部屋をとるべきです！　こじんまりとしていて温かい対応で、また来たくなるホテルです。

エクスペデイアではツインルームはシービューになっています。だからこのホテルを予約しました。 ウォーターフロントで部屋から海全体が見渡せるはずでした。でも、準備されていた部屋は、道路側の部屋でした。予約した私からは、予約確認書ではツインルームはシービューであることが確認できません。予約前の部屋の説明でしか確認できません。 その為、事前に３回もエクスペディアにシービューであることを確認し、そのたびに「問題ないです。安心してください。エクスぺディアのツインルームはシービューです。」と回答がありました。３回も確認し、問題ないといわれると、一般的常識から言って、シービューの部屋が確約されているはずです。どこでどう違ったのか、シービューではない部屋でした。家族全員、がっかりです。ホテルの担当者に当然文句を言い、すぐにシービューの部屋を準備しろ！と言いました。そして、エクスペディアにも直接確認しろ！と言いました。そして帰ってきた答えが、「行き違いがあったようです。シービューの部屋はどの部屋も空いてせん。」との事でした。２泊の予定でしたので、「今夜は我慢するから、明日は部屋をチェンジしろ」と伝えました。すると、どうにかするという返事でした。そして、用意された部屋は道路を挟んだ向かいの姉妹ホテルのシービューの部屋でした。確かにきれいな部屋でしたが、でもここからだと、道理を挟んでいるし、前方の両側には建物があるため、真正面でしか見えません。海全体が見渡せませんでした。ホテル側は精一杯、対応してくれたとは思いますが、せっかくシービューということで目の前が海のホテルを選んでいるのに、がっかりでした。金返せ！！　と言いたいぐらいです。が、ホテルのスタッフは、一生懸命対応しようとしてくれたと思いますので、何も言えませんでした。どこで、どういう行き違いがあったのか、エクスペディア側もしっかり調査し、今後こういうことがないようにしていただきたい。ほかにシービューで安いホテルがあっただけに残念です。

The hotel's location was nice. It was on the sea side, very close to restaurants and places to visit. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast which was served at another sister hotel was sufficient.

We rented two rooms. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The location was excellent with great views of the sea and convenient walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We would have really liked to have a coffee maker in the room. We were not interested in the full breakfast, but would have liked to have coffee in our rooms without getting fully dressed, leaving the building and visiting the hotel's other building across the street just to have a cup of coffee. Also, the showers are really awkward to get in and out of because of the accordion glass doors. In one of our rooms, the drain must have been clogged, because the water filled up in the bottom of the shower and almost overflowed before the user was finished using the shower.

David and team were marvelous. Hard working and courteous. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and very helpful (including helping to carry luggage up the stairs!), b/c there is no lift. We were very disappointed that there was no simple coffee maker in the rooms to start our day (especially considering the caliber of the hotel) - this is considered a very basic standard these days even in 2 star hotels. In room #205, the drain in the shower was clogged and water backed up while showering. The toilet seat was also loose or broken and tilted one way or another when sat on. The glass doors on the showers are also very awkward to open and get in and out of the shower. That said, the hotel is very conveniently located to many sites and the historic center, as well as near the sea.

The hotel felt a bit dated, with old rugs, artificial plants, and a lot of religious decor. We didn’t love having to leave our key at the front desk every time we went out. There were numerous small notes around the room, but they weren’t particularly helpful—clearer instructions (like which switch controls the bathroom light) would have been much more useful. So many switches but none in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and was confusing to operate, with two remotes that didn’t seem functional. The windows were set very high, making it difficult to enjoy the sea view, especially for someone shorter like myself. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel location is extremely close to everything, but what makes the hotel exceptional is the front desk receptionist Cinzia. She is what gives the hotel its beauty. Will definitely come back

Awesome boutique hotel with cats and nuns—great views of the sea from some rooms. If you’re looking for a 3-star hotel in a superb location with very kind staff, you can’t go wrong here!

I was welcomed so warmly. Great staff who went out of their way to make it a great stay. The room was a bit old, the shower was a bit unusual, but it was very charming and the view out over the water was amazing! Close to everything but also off to the side to be quiet enough. Would definitely recommend
