シュルーズベリーの中心地から１５分位の、かなり不便は場所にありますが、レンタカーで行くなら、絶対オススメです。雰囲気のある歴史ある館と庭。レストランでゆっくり夕食、朝食を頂くと、心が休まります。スタッフの気遣いもよく、快適に過ごせました。もちろん昔の建物なので、床がすこし傾いていたり、冷蔵庫、金庫などはありませんが、雰囲気のあるインテリアとサービスで満足度が高くなります。

蜂蜜色の街並と自然の調和を堪能出来る最高のホテル。駐車はホテル前の道路脇というおおらかさですが、治安がよく問題ないとの事。早起きしてのアーリントン・ロー散策は最高です。バスタブはお湯の溢れ抜きがないので要注意です。実際、少しあふれさせて部屋のカーペットを濡らしてしまいました。人気のホテルなので前広の予約をお勧めします。

Overall great stay and helpful staff, bed wasn't very comfy but maybe thats just me.

Really poor, especially given the price. I stated in the cygnet suite. Cobwebs on the window sills. The shower (at max temperature) barely made it to warm. Breakfast only served 08:30-09:30. Only 4 or 5 items on the dinner menu, that you had to book on arrival as the kitchen closed at 20:00. The main bar smells ‘old’ (not charming old, in need of refurbishment old). Wouldn’t recommend - won’t stay again.

Nice hotel good food great setting and the car charging was an excellent bonus.

Excellent countryside hotel located in a historic rustic Manor House with good facilities and parking and only 15 minutes away from Shrewsbury town centre. My room was clean with lovely antique furniture and countryside view and had a decent size for a single person although other rooms appear bigger on the map and on photos. Reception staff were very helpful and kind! Highly recommended.

Room was okay but small. The mattress was amazingly comfortable albeit the wooden bed frame was a little creaky. The walls are paper thin and the doors closing and opening extremely noisy so not as restful a break as the location demands

A delightful experience, attended a celebration meal and stayed over. Excellent service and quality of food and accommadation.

Lovely helpful staff, room was very clean. The grounds are beautiful. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but I would definitely go back again.

Room I was in was dated decor and frosted glass windows. Hotel sells itself as an historic house the room was in an 80’s addition to the property - just a bit soulless but suits if you want anonymity. Perfectly efficient I guess

Good food, excellent service from attentive and friendly staff. The old building is full of character. The restaurant is fine but the bar and lounge area rather let down by clashing neo-classical furniture which wasn't particularly comfortable. The decor in the 20th century extension is tired and sound insulation in the rooms is poor.

Fantastic location nice rooms with good parking The Continental breakfast is very poor, it is best to go out for breakfast. The WiFi internet in the hotel is not very good with filtering for example Amazon app dosent work and Mobile phone coverage in the area is very weak The TVs in the bedroom are very small for this day and age

Fabulous period property with so much charm. There were only a handful of people staying, including me, which made for a very peaceful stay. I slept well, and the rooms had great amenities. I would say the rooms felt dated, but this adds to the charm of the property. The evening food was fantastic, and there was a good selection of drinks available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze, and gave me a great history of the property, an overview of the surroundings, and all the information I needed without having to ask. Would certainly recommend this place.
