スタッフのみなさん、とても親切で、気持ち良い滞在ができました。立地は抜群の便利さでありながら、表通りから一つ路地を入っているので、とても静かです。一つだけ欠点は、隣の音が聞こえる時があります。夜遅くにシャワーを使わなざるを得ない日があったのですが、隣の部屋の人から壁を何度も叩かれてしまいました。お互いに音を出さないように気をつける必要があります。でも、総じて快適ですので、また利用したいと思います。

Good location for travel and access to both the old center and train station, good service, and clean room. 3 keys are a little bit troublesome, although I know it means good security...Anyway, worth to choose this hotel!

繁忙期でホテルがなかなかなかった時に唯一空いていたペンシオーネでした。 しかも深夜０時過ぎに電車で到着することになってしまい、一般的なペンシオーネはチェックイン時間が過ぎてしまうため宿泊出来ないのですが、このペンシオーネは２４時間スタッフが常駐しているので、チェックイン出来ました。 ０時過ぎてのチェックインがOKか、確認のメッセージをしたら、すぐに返事があり、安心しました。 ペンシオーネの場所は非常に便利な場所で、まわりにローカルの人にも人気のバルやレストランがたくさんあり、スタッフのおじさんが丁寧にいろいろ教えてくれました。 スタッフのみなさんはみなさん本当に親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。 場所は駅からタクシーで５ユーロくらい、バスステーションまでは６ユーロほどでした。 大聖堂までは歩いて１０分かかりません。 このペンシオーネはインターネット以前の古き良き時代のヨーロッパの安くて暖かい宿泊施設の雰囲気が残っていて、そういう意味でもとてもいい体験ができました。 家族経営、古ーいカゴのようなエレベーター、旧市街に位置していること、部屋ごとに部屋の形が違うこと、たっぷりの朝食　などなど、学生時代に貧乏旅行をしていたときのことを思い出しました。

大聖堂に近くて、便利でした。

場所が便利なところにあります。帰りの空港バス停が広場にありますが歩いて１分ぐらいです。 バスも使用できて、冷蔵庫があります。 最終日で１５時発の飛行機に乗るため、１２時チェックアウトにしてもらいシャワーを浴びて出ました。

I will stay here the next time I'm in Santiago 100% for sure! The staff is very helpful in accommodating, The Breakfast were phenomenal, in the rooms were very clean and modern! I love the fact that I had my own air conditioner that I could control while I was in my room. They have the best laundry service I have come across in a hotel in a long time. And finally the location, this place is located just a few blocks away from the cathedral a couple blocks away from where a lot of the tour companies pick up, and right in the heart of a lot of good restaurants.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!

I had a corner room that was perfect. I had to take the elevator due to using crutches but the hotel was pretty, clean and very comfortable. Would defina stay here again.

Alojamiento muy céntrico, cerca de todo.

The property is very well located, easy to walk everywhere and with shops and restaurants at the doorstep. Clean, comfortable and a very good price, my room was next to the entrance door, I could hear people coming in, but very few and not late at night. No breakfast available and not 24 hours receptionist, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Muy buenas ubicación, calle peatonal por lo tanto nada de ruido de coches. Hotel bastante bien calidad precio. Desde mi punto de vista las chicas de la limpieza empiezan a trabajar algo temprano y al estar las habitaciones muy juntas pues se oye todo el ruido que hacen al limpiar, mover camas, sillas, etc.

Tivemos um contratempo: a reserva foi feita para 6 pessoas num quarto para 5 pessoas. Prontamente, foi colocada mais uma cama em nosso quarto com o mesmo conforto das demais. Encontramos funcionários simpáticos, prestativos e elegantes. Um verdadeiro acolhimento. Muito obrigada à todos.
