受付の男性の対応はよくなかった。Wi-fi専用パスワードが必要なのに、チェックインの際に提示しないし携帯ばかり触っており、態度も接客態度とは思えない。部屋が広いので大人数での利用や繁華街へのアクセスなど、目的にあって合っていれば使いやすいホテルとは思います。

ビーチには、ホテルから直接出ることができます。公共ビーチで賑やかすぎなのですが、荷物を気にしないでいいのは便利ですよ。 内装やインテリアは統一感があって、リゾート感があります。(高級感はありませんが) ナイトクラブが林立するエリアですが、警備員がしっかりしているので、宿泊者しか館内に入れないよう工夫されています。 唯一、Wi-Fiが１端末24時間10ドルというのはなんとかしてほしいです。

家族4人で4日間滞在しました。 周辺エリアは、ショッピングのアクセスもよく便利でした。 受付の男性の感じはとても良かったので好印象です。 ただ、その他のサービスについてはイマイチでした。 宿泊の予算としては格安ですので、低予算での旅行には最適です。

Vrry close to the beach

Nice hotel, great ocean view but the service at the front desk is terrible.

Is not a luxury place. What it is, is close to all the nightlife in the area. Everything is walking distance from the property.

Lovely beach front, practical studio condos. Helpful and kind front staff , security and maid service are all helpful and friendly. Beach front access with options for shade . Don’t need anything more.

Everything was fine but we didnt like that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas available. I sent an email to the hostess before my arrival about having access to the room earlier because of health issues but I didn't receive a response.

I booked 2 ocean view rooms only got one. Staff couldn’t have cared less. Marnie the go between Expedia and the hotel was useless she said I could cancel the booking thru Expedia nice to put me in a position where I would have to find another hotel at 4pm with 7 in our party. Expedias agents 4 in total left me high and dry with no conclusion very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars with them thru the years

Limpieza bien, solo que vi una cucaracha.

This property is situated right on the beach. Which I thought would be nice. However, the excessive noise from the nightclubs in the area are a problem. The building itself is very dirty. The room that we got had a refrigerator that was not working. The room service was poor. The room is supposed to be cleaned every other day between 10 AM and 4 PM. My room is not cleaned until almost 6 PM after I complained. They cleaning of my room was so quickly they did not really clean much other than change my sheets. Also, the staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend this property for anyone to go. I will never stay there even if it was for free.

El check in fue toda una odisea. A pesar de haber pagado con más de una semana de antelación no estábamos registrados Tuvimos que esperar casi media hora hasta que al final encontraron la reserva. El hotel es viejo. Mobiliario viejo, toallas y sábanas viejas. Mal olor en general No justifica el valor que se pago por esa habitación

Having a lot of family in Cancun/ Chetumal area we travel with them all the time and I was there for one night. The floors were very dirty, there were two used/stained towels when we arrived, that we didn’t care for put them to the side and during check out I was charged $100 Mexican pesos for the towel. There was also a lot of grime on the tub in the bathroom. You get what you pay for, but cleaning could have been better. The girl during checkout was not friendly, everything was fine and I wanted to come back but terrible experience checking out starting with the front desk employee that I will not recommend.

Quiet spot for relaxing after a busy day. Shopping and nightime entertainment were abundant. Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. A nice place to stay.
