The room was well appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the area very quiet which contributed to a good sleep. The breakfast was basic and adequate and the total price was very reasonable. As a one night, passing through stop it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel after 3 weeks on the road. We called ahead and they changed our room from the 2nd floor (no elevator) to the first floor, which was very handy for moving all our luggage. This was the only hotel that we have stayed in that you could use your key to get in either door...from the hallway and also directly from the outside where our car was parked. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space for luggage, etc. We really liked the numerous lights over the beds for reading. Unlike some reviews, we found it very quiet. The beds (box springs?) had a funny squeak when you sat on them and we had some difficulty with the TV and couldn't get the volume to work. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel! Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean, shower curtain had a funky smell and the were obvious cigarette burn marks on the toilet seat. All in all, not a bad place.

Room was okay but location made it impossible for walking to restaurants and bars

Bien situé, nous avons pu nous déplacer sur différents sites (Trois Rivières, Parc National de la Mauricie...). A voir à Shawinigan, la cité de l'énergie, avec son musée, sa tour d'observation... Petit déjeuner continental très correct, même s'il manquait de la charcuterie (jambon, saucisses..) Aucune indication pour le ménage; en fait, il faut demander que ce soit fait. Il semble que les visiteurs ne restent pas plusieurs jours, comme nous. Très grand parking.

Really noisy from 10:30 pm to 01:30 am with young kids running around, 2 different women yelling in corridors and many door slamming issues. Tried 6 times to contact hotel staff without answers. If you want to relax and enjoy your stay,.. think about it twice
