チェックインしてから、すぐにプールで遊びました。波のプールやスライダー等、子供は大満足のようでした。部屋は清潔感もあり、予想以上にゆったり広くて、子供連れには嬉しかったです。 ただ、トイレはお掃除してあるのかな？と疑問に思う汚れがあって、ちょっと残念でした。換気扇と、空調の音が大きいのが気になりましたが、総体的には大満足で、また利用したいホテルです。チェックインが16:00からなので、もう少し早いと、ゆっくり遊べると思います。

2度目の滞在です。Water Poolも充実してるし、ライフセーバーもしっかり安全管理されていて、安心して子供を遊ばせることが出来ます。Magic questは最後まで終わらず、一泊だと時間が足りませんでした。子どもはかなり満足できるホテルです。

14歳と12歳の男の子を連れていきました。スライダーは楽しみましたが、長くはもちませんでした・・・１泊でよかったかな。でも、小さいお子様は、いろいろと楽しめると思います。部屋は広くて快適でしたが、少し変なにおいがしました。でも、スタッフはとても親切でした！

I think if you wanted a place to take your kids and have an enjoyable weekend, this would be a perfect destination. The issue we had was that there was no hot water for us to shower and when we let them know, all they offered was their apologies. We’re not the type of people that look for things for free, but other than that, the place was great.

Lillian was amazing at the check-in

The room wasn’t as clean as expected. Dirty socks and empty bags of chips were found under the bed. There wasn’t any soap at the sink. Prank calls happened six times after midnight. I was told they would alert security and try to tell whoever was doing it to stop. Ended up leaving the phone off the hook when it wasn’t stopped.

Nos cobraron 149$ por un paquete de juegos q no ibamos a necesitar ya q tenemos un niño de 4 años q no iba a poder jugar ni saber pero como nosotros tampoco sabiamos , literal nos convencieron del mejor paquete para tu manada de 149$ . El piso de la habitación iper sucio y lleno de polvo por todos lados . Tuvimos q limpiar nosotros mismo un poco xq nuestro hijo es asmático. Viajamos 12h en carro desde Miami pebsando q seria una super experiencia y fue una decepción total

GWL is a phenomenal venue for all ages! Our party of 10 ranged from ages 6-70. EVERYONE enjoyed it. Accommodations were clean and inviting! Our family is already considering another trip back!

I really feel that if you pay $1300 for a stay, more should be included. You have to pay extra for breakfast, $20 daily parking and none of the activities are included. For that price, they should at least offer free breakfast and parking. I think maybe smaller kids would enjoy it more than my 11 year old. Yes, the water park is fun, but its not great. I simply don't think it's worth the money

It was our 1st time there and it was very nice minus being charged $740 hold charges for just 1 night, the manager did fix it for me though and the pillows were horrible! We will definitely return and bring our own pillows.
