凄く清潔な部屋、コーヒー、紅茶のサービスも抜群で、最高のサービスでした。ありがとうございました。

エレベーターがない方の建物だったのでちょっと上り下りは大変でしたが、アートルームに入れていただいたのでとても楽しく過ごしました。サービスのネスプレッソも楽しみました。

CDと画集を借りられる。お部屋でゆっくり滞在を楽しむことができた。バーゼル滞在の機会があれば必ずまた泊まります！

こじんまりしたヨーロッパのホテルが好きな私にとって前から憧れてました。今回宿泊することができてとても嬉しいです。清潔でこじんまりしている割に余裕があって最高でした。

年末に3泊滞在しました。 バーゼルによくある中規模で、外観はクラシックだがインテリアはモダンなホテルです。 部屋は、ちょうどよく広く、暖房の効きもよく、快適でした。 パスルームは、程よい広さ、バスタブはない部屋でした。 中間層にある部屋だったため、エレベーターを降りてから5段程度階段を昇り降りする必要がありました。 コンセントが少ない点が若干不便なのと、wifiの電波が弱い点がハード面で改善が必要な点かと思います。 他方でサービスは、心地よく、気持ち良い滞在ができました。 アクセスはSBBからはトラムを乗り換えないといけないですが、バーゼル音楽院のそばで、静かな環境を享受できます。 バーゼルでの滞在の選択肢の一つに十分なり得ます。

Clean bright room, with everything I needed. Downside, my room looked over restaurant patio and staff were out there making noise at midnight. I was beat after a long flight and just wanted peace and quiet. Breakfast was expensive too. Should’ve ordered off the menu instead of nibbling the buffet. Location was great.

My family (spouse and two young adult daughters) had a wonderful two night stay in a family room (a suite of two bedrooms and one bathroom--though the bathroom was accessible only through one of the bedrooms). The rooms were all white and very peaceful. The bar was lovely with a great range of meal options, including affordable sandwiches). Though only caveat was a lack of air conditioning, though each bedroom had a large fan and large operable windows.

Pleasant room with natural light and lovely view

L’hôtel est bien placé, mais nous avons souffert de la canicule(exceptionnelle) dans une chambre non équipée d’une climatisation mais de ventilateurs. Les fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit du tramway et du restaurant nous ont un peu dérangé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais le lit et l’oreiller étaient moyennement confortables. Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner buffet très convenable, restaurant non testé car un peu cher pour notre budget.

Lovely place with interesting design and a real boutique hotel feel!

Bra hotel, gång avstånd. Restaurang i hotellet. Dessvärre riktigt varmt i lokalerna och i rummet. Utan AC blev det ingen sömn alls. Fläkt hjälper ej.

Wonderful hotel on the edge of the old town, walkable from the station with light luggage. Very happy with the choice, reasonable price, very comfortable , quiet room with good wifi, free water and coffee. I did nt have the breakfast nor need parking. Would definitely consider staying here again

Gutes Frühstück

It was nice that there is a reserved parking space for a small fee. Walkable area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room was updated and renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful property and staff. Lovely restaurant. We stayed in loft which was nice but bathroom was super cramped and the walls were clearly mid touch up prior to repainting which was disappointing.

We booked Der Teufelhof at what seemed like a premium rate and instead were put across the street at Set which is VERY basic. Upon showering after check-in my husband emerged from the bathroom to find the entire room flooded and some of our possessions wet. Staff was nice enough and the location is good but this was not the property or experience we thought we were getting, especially for the price.
