家族で経営されているようで、誠意があり、ホテルとはまた違った良さを感じました。お部屋にチップを置いて出かけても、帰るとそのままありました。サービス料が含まれているから、2重に取らない、というプライドのようなものがあるように思いました。 朝ごはんは隣のカフェでとれます。有料でもオススメです。地元の人が開店早々から食べに来ていました。時間があれば、ミニアイリッシュブレックファストはボリューム満点で、昼食代が浮く程。おいしいばかりでなく、ウェイトレスも笑顔で配慮を示してくれます。1度は食べてみて下さい。

バスステーション、鉄道駅、街の中心から非常に近く、良いロケーションです。スタッフも明るい対応です。しかしながら、シャワーがぬるま湯しか出ず、スタッフも分かっているらしく、適当な回答で済まされてしまいました。風邪をひくのを覚悟で浴びるしかありません。部屋の内装は素敵になっているので、余計に残念です。

着いた時間が少し遅くて、19時頃だったと思いましたが、宿の扉が閉まっておりベルにも応答がありませんでした。電話すると扉のロック番号を教えてくれ、フロントにキーが置いてあるとのことで、無事チェックインできました。B&Bっぽいですが、朝食なし。しかし、町の中心にあるので朝食には困りません。ホテルのサービスを利用したい人には向かないかも知れません。

Beliggenhed helt centralt i fantastiske Galway. Rent og dejligt stort værelse Men det var ikke engang det bedste. Personalet var simpelthen så venlige og gjorde alt for at man havde det godt. Jeg ankom uden for receptionens åbningstid, men alligevel fik jeg en besked om at jeg blot skulle ringe til dem, og jeg blev rigtigt fint fortalt kode og fik adgang til mit værelse. Der var en fin seddel med alle de forskellige spisesteder og pubs i byen og hvad man bare skulle se. Helt igennem en fantastisk hotel-oplevelse i en fantastisk by

Only in Galway for one night, but great place to stay, convenient and very friendly staff!

This hotel is terrible. The rooms were so cold and there was no hot water. Awful

Great location and price. Room was good for the money.

The room was clean, but too cramped. Main reason for two stars is there was no hot water and the heat didn’t work on a 2 degree Celsius day. Quite frustrating to deal with on our trip of a lifetime so we actually just moved to a different hotel.

Room was lovely and the staff were fab! Very informative. The place is only a 1 min walk from the centre.

Definitely enjoyed our stay but gave it 4 star vs 5. On the plus side the location is great, it is well priced, staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and modern. Didn’t give it 5 stars as when we entered there were old dirty mattresses in lobby, room was tight so nowhere to put luggage, lower floor quite loud in the morning. 12 of the 14 rooms are upstairs so those with mobility issues take note. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean! They were eco friendly and helpful with questions I had! Anenities were basic but met my basic needs!

Great location and staff, but there is no parking, the towels are small and thin, and the hot water ran out while I was in the shower.

Noisy, uncomfortable bed and linens, bathroom was dated and not super clean. However price was good and we appreciated the location.

Great place to stay in Galway. Central location and walkable to bars, shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and good facilities. Easy and friendly check in.. There are no lifts so may not suit less mobile guests.
