I think it is one of the most convenient hotels in Saudi Arabia. The building is a little old, but it is clean and the staff are very hospitable.

部屋はキレイでとても快適です。 但し、シャワーのみでバスタブの無い部屋がありますのでチェックイン時に確認が必要です。 私の場合、バスタブ付きの部屋に変えて貰いました。 幹線道路沿い、かつ、隣接地でビル建設が行われていますので、部屋からの眺めは期待してはいけませんが、ビジネス利用の観点からは、総合的なコスパ/満足度は高いです。

Clean and nice. Then jr suite layout was weird. You walk into the bedroom and then lounge was on the side. Usually you walk into the living room not the bedroom. This was a make shift suite. The TV is mis aligned with bed, sits on the side.

Since it switched to Radisson quality and conditions as well as comfort has deteriorated a lot We waited for more than 2 hrs for check in We asked to be same floor after giving us the room keys again changed and said sorry but the room I gave you already taken We looked at the room coffee machine available but u need to buy the coffee capsule which is very cheap level

Très bien, chambre bien équipées (eau, cafetière, bouilloire, gateaux...), spacieuses. Accueil très professionnel. Buffet petit déjeuner très fourni

The room had a very small window facing the lobby, so no natural light entered, and when we requested a room change we were told all the rooms were the same. Housekeeping was good, but the overall service was not up to standard. The hotel is not centrally located, so we had to travel every day, which was inconvenient. This was my second stay with Radisson (in Dubai and now Riyadh), and unfortunately I do not think I will stay with Radisson again.

Always a great stay at the Radisson Blu Convention Center in Riyadh. Top quality and service every time.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Riad-Trip. Sogar mit einem Rooftop-Pool. Exzellenter Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Early morning check in war kein Thema - um 4 Uhr - und auch eine Verlängerung bis 18 Uhr am Abreisetag wurde kostenlos gewährt. Das Frühstück ist sagenhaft. Tolle Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte - einfach top!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the property. The staff is 5 star, the accommodations are 5 star, the food and beverage service is 5 star. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Front desk staff were absolutely useless. I asked for recommendations on a supposedly touristy area of Riyadh, but the concierge had no clue about it. I also booked a hotel car to take me back to the airport 24 hours in advance, but on the morning of my departure I understood that they had not arranged it despite telling me that the driver was on is way… the staff were not even apologetic about the situation. Some serious customer service training is needed here.
