メトロ、ストリートカーのどちらにも近く、移動するのに便利なロケーションです。ユニオン駅からもそう遠くないので、徒歩でも行けます。ダウンタウンに位置するため、まわりもお店が多く便利でした。客室はリノベーションされているようで、清潔さは問題ありませんが、カーテンやベッドリネンがだいぶ古いようで、年季の入った劇場の衣装部屋のような匂いがしました。

階下のジャズライブの音はそんなに気になりません。駅からも歩けますし施設内容も含め特に困ることはありません。予想より快適でした。

17:00~22:00くらいまで、下のフロアの演奏が聞こえるので、この時間に寝る場合は少しうるさいかもしれない。

清掃はきれいに保たれていた。 3階のためジャズの騒音はそこまででもなかった。冷蔵庫、セキュリティーボックスは無かった。スタッフはフレンドリーだった。

風呂無（共用）・トイレ無（共用）。 エレベーター無。 セフティーボックス・冷蔵庫無。 こういう所に宿泊したことがないので ビックリしました。 でも雰囲気はいいし、 場所は便利な処でした。

Bathtub and toilet were shared. The only amenity was gel for washing hands. Breakfast was listed as simple, but when I asked at the restaurant on the first floor (where jazz performances are held at night), I was told that there was something to order from the menu, which I did. Breakfast is served at 9:30 AM. It is true that I booked the room because it was cheap compared to the surrounding price quotes, but I still paid $145 per night. If I had known from the beginning, I would not have booked it. Is it the cost of the land since it is in a good location? I think the reception and cleaning staff work normally and the common restrooms and bathrooms are well cleaned. The rooms have double-paned windows, but it was November-December and cold was the response. I didn't notice that the heater in the room was set to 18 degrees Celsius at first, and shivered under a thin quilt. The next day I changed the setting to 26 degrees, which seemed to improve things somewhat. The rooms could do without cleaning, but it was a hassle to deal with when I needed new towels only. Overall, I would not use the hotel for overnight stays in the future. You can consider it impossible to work in the room when you are here on a business trip.

Clean and comfortable .Great breakfast, including the service. Location is unbeatable. Excellent value. Perfect for music lovers.

When I was booking a hotel I asked not to turn on air conditioner. I checked in, entered my room - freezing! Air conditioner was ON, 62 degrees!! It's not such a difficult request!! Liked: location

Look this place isnt pretty it's an old building, the rooms are clean and the staff are kind. Its a great location and the jazz bar is pretty cool.

The General Manager (Avi) and his staff offered exceptional service during our stay. It is not the Taj Mahal by any means, but the rooms are clean, the food is decent and if you enjoy live jazz music it is good value for the money. A great location to all kinds of amenities, parks and an easy 15 minute stroll to the Rogers Centre.

Basic essentials and great location on Queen street. Not a big fan of sharing a bathroom with other guests but it was ok for one night.

Just OK

Room is decently clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant downstair is lowkey a vibe: live jazz music every night, and the food was quite alright too. The air conditioning is a little old, but with a small room, it did its job well. One thing to note is if you use too much amenities at once (lights on, AC on, hair dryer on) the power to your room might get cut off because the circuit overload.

Nice place in the centre of Toronto. Small room and pretty basic, but clean and staff were friendly.

The staff were great. The room was clean. The AC was working perfectly. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great. I didn't go to the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice and there was a jazz band playing while I was getting ready to head out for the evening.
