町の中心にありながら、少し喧騒から外れた立地でとても静かでした。 Hotelスタッフは丁寧な対応で好感が持てます。 部屋はスタンダードルームでも充分な広さがあります。

The room is comfortable and staff are kindness. The location is near by the central. Breakfast is delicious. However, it would be more better if there have been more variety.

清潔感のあるホテルでした。街中まではちょっと距離があるのが難ですが、ゆったりと過ごすにはよいホテルです。

立地、対応共に申し分りません。また、室内のwifiも問題なく使えました。 フロントのサービスも良く、快く電車の時刻表を調べてくれました。 お勧めです。

部屋が広くベットルームが２階、バスとソファーが１階と分かれており、とても快適です。またバスは大きなジャグジーバスが設置され最高でした。 車での移動でしたが、ホテルの前に駐車場がありホテル利用者は無料です。

L'hôtel fait plus moderne que l'état des chambres. Le spa est un plus et le massage était très bien. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas varié ni bon. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées entre elles, de gros bruits de plomberie

nice staff and nice breakfast

When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and again it did not disappoint. Just a beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could.

The hotel is ok, but definitely not a 4 star. Pro’s: Good location Con’s: The bed was uncomfortable. No enclosed shower, just an open tub, with dirty jets, taking a shower meant the water splashing everywhere. WiFi reception was terrible. Definitely not soundproof. Breakfast just ok.

Good options for breakfast. Still missing some things for a complete 4 star experience. Exemple: garbage bin in the room and toiletries. In the shower they have hand wash and no body wash nor shampoo.

Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Central, nice clean room and ample parking. BUT… breakfast really disappointing. Poor selection. Awful coffee. Fruit juice ran out. And really grumpy breakfast staff. Such a shame.

Very nice hotel with parking close city center. Breakfast ok but could have more choice. Restaurant not very good in my opinion. Servicz very good from reception staff.
