大きいプールあり、部屋も広く綺麗で最高です。駐車場も地下に完備されていて、とても便利でした。

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a lovely pool, and almost everything we needed for daily living was readily available. Additionally, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The front desk staff were very kind and helped us with directions to some of the stores. I’ll stay the hotel next year.

素晴らしい施設でした。清潔、広い、日当たりが良い、子供との旅行に快適。キッチンも使いやすい。スーパーで地元の食材を買って毎日調理して過ごせました。

とても静かでアクセスもしやすく、良かった。

ビーチが近く、ケアンズとはまた違うのんびりした雰囲気でとても素敵でした。部屋は広く、キッチンにはオーブンからレンジから食洗器となんでも揃っていてとても使いやすかったです。テラスで鳥の声を聞きながら朝食を取れました。洗濯機・乾燥機がありとても便利でした。家族で順にシャワーを浴びるとお湯がすぐ出なくなるのと、蟻が常にキッチンにいたこと、階段だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった以外は大満足です。フロントの方もとても親切で、周りには素敵なお店があり、お散歩もとても楽しかったです。また泊まりたいです。

広くて過ごしやすかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機がうるさいのと、乾燥機が全然乾かなかったので、外に干しました。

掃除はなかったところ

1Fの24号室でした。1Fなのでバルコニーに柵はなく、すぐ芝生。フェンス向こうの道を挟んで、すぐに海です。海から上る太陽や月は斜め左上に上っていきます。南半球を実感しました。 部屋は112m2くらいあって広すぎるかとも思いましたが、大人3人でちょうどよかったです。2つの寝室、ジャグジー付きの大きめの浴槽とシャワーのみの2つのバス、トイレも2つ、リビングは台所を挟んでソファーと食事用テーブルが置いてありました。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが2つのバスルームに2人分ずつ置いてありましたが、5泊中の交換はありませんでした。掃除もされませんので、トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうになってフロントにもらいに行きました。 シャンプーやリンスは日本のホテルに置いてあるような小さな使い捨てタイプが2セットだけ置いてありました。日本から持参するといいかもしれません。ドラム式洗濯機と別ユニットでの乾燥機があります。粉洗剤が1つありました。たぶん5回分くらいは小分けして使えると思います。 各部屋に天井でグルグル回る羽根の扇風機みたいなのがあって、これが結構心地よかったです。エアコンはありましたが使いませんでした。 清潔なコンドミニアムです。もしケアンズに行くことがあったら、また泊まりたいですね。

ヘアドライヤーがない＆持ってきてもらったドライヤーのコンセントが使えない･･･などトラブルはありましたが、ホテルの人が良い人達でローカルとの触れ合いという意味でもとても良いホテルでした。 ケアンズから離れているため、オプショナルツアーやバス代は高くつきましたが、レンタカーを借りる人には自信を持っておすすめできます。毎朝ビーチを裸足で歩いてとても気持ち良かったです。

2bdrm 2bthrm unit we booked had plenty of space and good kitchen and laundry facilities. Room wasn't that clean when we arrived. Beds were uncomfortable in both rooms and furnishings were tired and in need of updating. Shower in second bathroom could not be used as pressure was terrible and water temperature was either searing hot or freezing cold. Reception didn't seem to be staffed much during our stay so thay made it hard to raise concerns. On the whole, good location, the secure underground parking was great and pool was fantastic. Just need to up their cleaning game and update furnishings to make the stay more comfortable

Great stay, could hear the live music they have on a Sat and Sun from the pub on the corner which was great out on the balcony. Pool was great for the kids and great location to walk out to the main strip where there’s a playground on the foreshore and restaurants. Will stay again one day!

Great location and pool was superb. Bathrooms a little dated but rest of accomodation was nice.

The beds were so old and hard, my husband slept on the couch and I slept on one of the kids single beds instead. The noise in the apartment was terrible, you can hear everyone in the stairwell and the footsteps on the floor above. There were also conatantly flies everywhere, even with all the screens closed. For the prive we paid I expected alot more. I will say the pool area is very family friendly though, which we enjoyed.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, rather dated though. Some maintenance issues: main ceiling light overhead dinner table not working, balcony door severely. bent and does not even close, faucets old and worn out, couch and sofa chairs full of nasty oily stains.

Excellent lagoon pool for a family with kids. Beach just across the unit.

The suite was very clean , supplied with everything we needed. Well maintained and well located. I strongly recommend this place .

The resort is in a fantastic location and staff always happy to help. I loved our stay here, relaxed and laid back, right opposite the beach and a gorgeous swimming pool which was never busy. We will be back.
