大きいプールあり、部屋も広く綺麗で最高です。駐車場も地下に完備されていて、とても便利でした。

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a lovely pool, and almost everything we needed for daily living was readily available. Additionally, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The front desk staff were very kind and helped us with directions to some of the stores. I’ll stay the hotel next year.

素晴らしい施設でした。清潔、広い、日当たりが良い、子供との旅行に快適。キッチンも使いやすい。スーパーで地元の食材を買って毎日調理して過ごせました。

ビーチが近く、ケアンズとはまた違うのんびりした雰囲気でとても素敵でした。部屋は広く、キッチンにはオーブンからレンジから食洗器となんでも揃っていてとても使いやすかったです。テラスで鳥の声を聞きながら朝食を取れました。洗濯機・乾燥機がありとても便利でした。家族で順にシャワーを浴びるとお湯がすぐ出なくなるのと、蟻が常にキッチンにいたこと、階段だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった以外は大満足です。フロントの方もとても親切で、周りには素敵なお店があり、お散歩もとても楽しかったです。また泊まりたいです。

広くて過ごしやすかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機がうるさいのと、乾燥機が全然乾かなかったので、外に干しました。

掃除はなかったところ

1Fの24号室でした。1Fなのでバルコニーに柵はなく、すぐ芝生。フェンス向こうの道を挟んで、すぐに海です。海から上る太陽や月は斜め左上に上っていきます。南半球を実感しました。 部屋は112m2くらいあって広すぎるかとも思いましたが、大人3人でちょうどよかったです。2つの寝室、ジャグジー付きの大きめの浴槽とシャワーのみの2つのバス、トイレも2つ、リビングは台所を挟んでソファーと食事用テーブルが置いてありました。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが2つのバスルームに2人分ずつ置いてありましたが、5泊中の交換はありませんでした。掃除もされませんので、トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうになってフロントにもらいに行きました。 シャンプーやリンスは日本のホテルに置いてあるような小さな使い捨てタイプが2セットだけ置いてありました。日本から持参するといいかもしれません。ドラム式洗濯機と別ユニットでの乾燥機があります。粉洗剤が1つありました。たぶん5回分くらいは小分けして使えると思います。 各部屋に天井でグルグル回る羽根の扇風機みたいなのがあって、これが結構心地よかったです。エアコンはありましたが使いませんでした。 清潔なコンドミニアムです。もしケアンズに行くことがあったら、また泊まりたいですね。

ヘアドライヤーがない＆持ってきてもらったドライヤーのコンセントが使えない･･･などトラブルはありましたが、ホテルの人が良い人達でローカルとの触れ合いという意味でもとても良いホテルでした。 ケアンズから離れているため、オプショナルツアーやバス代は高くつきましたが、レンタカーを借りる人には自信を持っておすすめできます。毎朝ビーチを裸足で歩いてとても気持ち良かったです。

The suite was very clean , supplied with everything we needed. Well maintained and well located. I strongly recommend this place .

The resort is in a fantastic location and staff always happy to help. I loved our stay here, relaxed and laid back, right opposite the beach and a gorgeous swimming pool which was never busy. We will be back.

The unit was clean as were all utensils in it. A special thanks to the gentleman who carried everything to unit on arrival. I have a mobility issue but was aware of some steps to unit, this situation was resolved with the help of the staff member. A very restful stay at Trinity Beach.

Great accommodation in a great location

Our stay at this hotel in Cairns was wonderful. The place is beautiful and you can see different animals around, which makes the experience even more special. The service was 10/10, especially thanks to Sarah, who was very kind and helpful to us. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but overall it was a great experience.

very comfortable stay except the absence of a lift...had to carry luggage from basement to 2nd floor by stairs...accommodation is comfortable and well located and equipped..

What a perfect location! The accommodation layout was great. The pool was wonderful. Local restaurants and facilities were top notch. It was everything I could ask for in a relaxing tropical getaway

Phenomal. Front desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate some requests that came up. The apartment was spacious, clean and located in an amazing area. Will be returning.

Enjoyed our stay, loved the kangaroos & birds on site visiting each day. Rooms were clean, however main bed not very good for my back/shoulders. Overall happy despite apartment being a little outdated. Felt safe 100% & staff helpful & welcoming. Pool lovely to swim & relax each day. Definitely will return. Loved Trinity Beach ❤️❤️❤️❤️
