大きいプールあり、部屋も広く綺麗で最高です。駐車場も地下に完備されていて、とても便利でした。

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a lovely pool, and almost everything we needed for daily living was readily available. Additionally, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The front desk staff were very kind and helped us with directions to some of the stores. I’ll stay the hotel next year.

素晴らしい施設でした。清潔、広い、日当たりが良い、子供との旅行に快適。キッチンも使いやすい。スーパーで地元の食材を買って毎日調理して過ごせました。

とても静かでアクセスもしやすく、良かった。

ビーチが近く、ケアンズとはまた違うのんびりした雰囲気でとても素敵でした。部屋は広く、キッチンにはオーブンからレンジから食洗器となんでも揃っていてとても使いやすかったです。テラスで鳥の声を聞きながら朝食を取れました。洗濯機・乾燥機がありとても便利でした。家族で順にシャワーを浴びるとお湯がすぐ出なくなるのと、蟻が常にキッチンにいたこと、階段だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった以外は大満足です。フロントの方もとても親切で、周りには素敵なお店があり、お散歩もとても楽しかったです。また泊まりたいです。

広くて過ごしやすかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機がうるさいのと、乾燥機が全然乾かなかったので、外に干しました。

掃除はなかったところ

1Fの24号室でした。1Fなのでバルコニーに柵はなく、すぐ芝生。フェンス向こうの道を挟んで、すぐに海です。海から上る太陽や月は斜め左上に上っていきます。南半球を実感しました。 部屋は112m2くらいあって広すぎるかとも思いましたが、大人3人でちょうどよかったです。2つの寝室、ジャグジー付きの大きめの浴槽とシャワーのみの2つのバス、トイレも2つ、リビングは台所を挟んでソファーと食事用テーブルが置いてありました。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが2つのバスルームに2人分ずつ置いてありましたが、5泊中の交換はありませんでした。掃除もされませんので、トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうになってフロントにもらいに行きました。 シャンプーやリンスは日本のホテルに置いてあるような小さな使い捨てタイプが2セットだけ置いてありました。日本から持参するといいかもしれません。ドラム式洗濯機と別ユニットでの乾燥機があります。粉洗剤が1つありました。たぶん5回分くらいは小分けして使えると思います。 各部屋に天井でグルグル回る羽根の扇風機みたいなのがあって、これが結構心地よかったです。エアコンはありましたが使いませんでした。 清潔なコンドミニアムです。もしケアンズに行くことがあったら、また泊まりたいですね。

ヘアドライヤーがない＆持ってきてもらったドライヤーのコンセントが使えない･･･などトラブルはありましたが、ホテルの人が良い人達でローカルとの触れ合いという意味でもとても良いホテルでした。 ケアンズから離れているため、オプショナルツアーやバス代は高くつきましたが、レンタカーを借りる人には自信を持っておすすめできます。毎朝ビーチを裸足で歩いてとても気持ち良かったです。

Good location with great facilty

We stayed here recently for a family trip staying in a two bedroom apartment. The accomodation is pictureseque positioned directly opposite the beach. I'll start with the positives. The apartment was spacious equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The surrounds were serene positioned directly opposite the beach. We even had a wallaby wander in most mornings hanging out below our balcony while we ate breakfast. Despite being a stone's throw away from bars and restaurants, it's quiet. There is a small independent grocery store across the road which was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool is amazing. Only a few negatives. Some surfaces in the rooms were really dusty. The parking instructions were confusing. There's no signage on street or above the basement carparks. There's also no instruction about which space to park in, we had to wing it and hope for the best. A chair in our dining room had a faulty leg. Luckily my elderly mother noticed it before sitting down and notified staff. They didn't remove it or replace it which was concerning. Our water jug had a crack in it which we didn't notice until it flooded our fridge. We didn't check in until late at night, so the staff had plenty of time to check these were in working order before we arrived. Despite these inconveniences, I still highly recommend staying here.

Lovely spacious apartment, with beautiful outlook over resort pool. Room was well eqipped. Close to beach and grocer, as well as local restaurants.

Lovely location, I imagine it would be quiet we timed the wrong week with roadworks right outside our unit, started 7am each motning - good alarm. Our unit was clean n tidy but tired. The lock on the security door broken, shower head kept falling down but managed to fix ourselves. Something to consider if booking this location there arent any lifts on stair access to apartments and our 2 bedroom apartment had a shower over bath off the main bedroom and the 'kids' bedroom had a walk in shower. Maybe the owners should consider moving the beds around so the mainbedroom has the walkin shower. We would stay again should be visit Cairns again

Very clean and tidy

Mattress was old and crappy and sunk in the middle of the bed, all doors slammed shut in the complex. Had to buy own coffee and sugar supplies

Great pool, quiet, safe. I enjoyed having the gardens and large apartments. Free wifi very handy.

Nice location next to the beach, reception rarely open. Would only give us 2 rolls of toilet paper when asked, had to buy our own. We were staying for 2 weeks.

The property is very old, tatty and in need of complete renovation. Very small outdoor swimming poole.

Rooms can use a bit of a an updated touch, but otherwise very clean. Highly recommend!

Great service/communication and lovely accommodation. After hours check-in and check out was easy. Would highly recommend.
