Some of the room doors closed hard and they were loud when slamming shut. Other then that it was what you would expect.

Checkin staff was pleasant. ADA room was okay rusting on handle bars. There was a refrigerator and microwave and a full size mirror. Beds were comfortable.

The property is very well kept and smelled wonderful. The person that checked us in was very short and rude to us.

Everything was more than adequate and would definitely stay again. Have not stayed in any other hotels in the area so hard to give 5 stars in some categories. We felt safe, welcome and had a great time.

Great hotel at a great value!

We had a good stay. rooms were very good. Pool is very nice but slide was not working and that is now reason we picked to go here with our grandchildren. so disappointing. My daughters room was in the newer building. Hockey families kept them up until 2 am. they have little kids and this is not really acceptable. hockey group should have been monitored and told to keep quiet, not just put in the other building so staff can't hear them. Hockey kids ran around halls until 2 am I know the hockey weekends have a reputation but that should not allow other paying people to have a frustrating weekend. They need to be watched. If you could give my daughter and discounted night for their disrupted night that would be nice. They don't like to complain but they were frustrated and kids did not sleep good. Their room was under Megan and Casey Jenny, Sunburg Minnesota.

Was in Fargo for a graduation, I had booked a room 5 months in advance, did the early check in, and called the morning of to make sure we had a room. Was told yes. Got to hotel About 9pm and was told that they filled my room (king size bed single room), and that nothing was available. Continued to talk to the gentleman and lady at front desk and story changed to they over booked hotel and they now had a queen size double room available but I had to pay an additional $130 to stay at hotel. I argued that this wasn’t my fault he wouldn’t budge so I requested to talk to manager and there was non there and I’d need to call back on Monday where there was one available. I talked to a lady by the name of Margarita the next morning after my card had been charged without approval and no receipt (wouldn’t give me one). And she said the room I had reserved was available the previous night, and was still available. I mentioned that my card was charged the 130 and she said to call Monday and talk to a manager and it would be givin back. So props to her! The other two need to have a serious sit down talk with management

We stayed one night. Everything was good. Tv remote didn’t work but they fixed it immediately! Breakfast was good.

Best place to stay at

Our room was assigned to another customer while we were in use. My husband was in the bathroom when another family walked in the room. Unacceptable.

This hotel and staff are excellent! The rooms and dining are very clean!

This is a great place to stay! We were here for our granddaughter’s college graduation and stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly and checkin was very quick. Maycan from the housekeeping staff helped us reset our tv. He knew just what to do and was a very nice young man! He had a great smile! We will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Some noise in the area, so depends if your a light sleeper. Shower preasure was poor. Breakfast was better then most, good variety.

I like the hotel

Arrived at 1:00 PM. Check in is at 3:00 PM so I asked if by any chance my room was ready. Yes, they said but early check in is $50. What!!! A missed opportunity to get a new customer. Will continue to be a faithful Hilton Honors.
