Had to be put into a different room than the one i reserved, got an extra bed is all.other than that was great

Unsafe no problem

Parking isn't the best. Plus I was charged $12 that I didn't know I was going to be charged to park around the building.

Very friendly staff, clean property, great options for breakfast, and nice neighborhood for evening activities. Very quiet rooms, clean, and updated with modern accessories

Hotel was OK for an overnight stay. After paying $12 for parking & returning from Ballet, there was no parking. When inquiring at the desk. Was told there was additional parking at other locations nearby. This was never communicated upon checking in. We assumed the parking charge was for parking (although very limited) was for guaranteed parking in front of hotel. Nobody wants to park next door, behind the building or across the street in snowy, cold temps after assuming they would be parking at the hotel. Night attendant wasn’t very pleasant when expressed concern. Would have been nice to explain this upon checking. Additionally, only 1 very slow elevator was less than convenient.

The only issue was our sink and toilet had some issues but other than that it was a perfect place to stay over night!

The heat did not work! We had the room set at 80° and still slept with hoodies socks and all the blankets! Also, the elevator barely worked and traveling up and down the stairs with large luggage was not ideal.

Overall i like it it’s just that I think there’s no remote control in the room and they gave me on that channel button did not work

The hotel was very clean & had hand sanitizer everywhere. The breakfast was excellent

The rooms could have been cleaner. The walls, the carpet, the corners in the bathroom were all needing to be wiped down. The staff is pleasant. It’s a nice area- not to hectic or unpleasant

Good for a one night stay. Room was clean. My only complaint was very small parking lot so we had to park in the overflow.

Best Breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express we have had. Beds were great, as usual!

It was friendly and clean, breakfast was fine. Better than other recent hotels we’ve stayed in. The toilet was a little fussy and there was an icy area outside that needed salted better. I wish they wouldn’t charge $12/day for their own parking lot but could be worse.
