El personal fue amable y el hotel está bonito, aunque esperaba que la habitación tuviera frigobar por ser una suite junior y algunos otros detalles, pero en general todo bien

The room smells horrible, I had to leave my door open, turn the ac one, and the housekeeping had to spray. To smell a little better. Everyday I said I had to do that. Smell like a dead animal. The location was perfect for me, but they need to do something about the smell.

Nice, place staff was nice very helpful. Is in a good location, we were there during the world cup. Alot of streets were closed, otherwise would have been easier to walk around.

This hotel has seen better days. Upon arrival, even though I was not asked for a CC, I got charged some random fee. Trying to order a simple coffee to go at the cafe in the mornings was an epic undertaking. And a maid, who was in our room when we returned, seemed terrible offended that I didn't understand her. The prostitution and homeless out front did not help matters either. You'll enjoy your stay much more in a different hotel in a different neighborhood.

Excelente lugar, lo unico por mejorar uno de los elevadores falla mucho y eso retrasa todo el movimiento en el otro. Excelente desayino y atención del personal
