観光に便利な立地でした。

立地最高、なのに静かでおしゃれでとても快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクは雰囲気あるバーでいつでもどうぞだったので少しお部屋で休憩してからいただけたり、お部屋にも無料のフルボトルのワインがあったりとサービスも良かったです。いくつかクセありというか英語でのやりとりが必要な場面がありましたが対応も優しくて良かったです！

ドアの鍵が特殊で開け方が難しかったのと、シャワーの出し方がわからずスタッフを呼んだが、親切に対応してくれた。 立地は、徒歩30秒で地下鉄の駅があり、周辺もたくさん店や有名スポットがあるので最高。

ロスバゲしましたが、色々親切にしてくださいました。部屋もオシャレで良かったです。 朝食も充実してました。

最寄りの地下鉄から凄く近くて便利。空港から地下鉄でスーツケース持ってても余裕でした。 リスボンの中心にあり何処に観光に行くのも便利。 ただし部屋はびっくりするほど狭いです。 部屋の鍵が開かない。。。最後までコツがわかりませんでした。

全体的に部屋が暗くて不便だった、女性が化粧をするには不向き。 スタッフは感じよく親切。 部屋にティッシュがなかった、一箱持って行く方が良い。 駅から至近で繁華街に近く便利。 部屋からは城が見えて気分が上がった。 朝食はなかなか良かった。

　レセプションが分かりにくくて迷いました。なんとカフェの中にありました。 　部屋は新しいのに落ち着きがあって良かったです。

ホテルの立地は大通りのすぐそばなのでとても便利でした。 部屋に関しては、とてもお洒落でカフェの様な雰囲気でとても満足しています。 強いて言うなら鍵の開け方が難しいことと、シャワー室からお湯が少し漏れる事に最初苦戦しました。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、私が日本人と分かると気さくに話しかけてくれて気分がとてもよかったです。いい思い出になりました。 次にリスボンに来る際も泊まりたいです。

駅から徒歩1分と場所がとってもいい上、ホテルのスタッフがとっても親切でフレンドリーでした。教えてもらったファドのレストランも素敵でいい思い出です。部屋もきれいで居心地がよかったです。 シャワーを浴びると、ドアの閉まりが悪いのか、水がドアから漏れて床が濡れてしまうのは残念でしたが、その程度の話で、コーヒーメーカーも紅茶も湯沸かし器もあって、快適でした。また泊まりたいです。

何といってもコスパがいい。立地も抜群。絶対おすすめ！ベッドが最高。

We had the best stay here. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, cute, and cozy. As well as the lobby, it was such a cool/cozy area. The amenities were amazing. We got free welcome drinks, a free bottle of wine for booking thru Expedia, free refillable drinking water, espresso and tea in our rooms, it was truly luxurious. Afonso at the front desk, made our stay the best. He offered lots of local insight, recommendations, and was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel restaurant for a drink and meal. Great location for outdoor restaurants, pastry shops, shopping and hop on and off bus. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful.

Værelse var perfekt i størrelse og rigtig godt indretning mht til plads osv . Virkelig centralt og personalet var megehjælpsom. Desværre byggede de om og det vidste vi ikke - de blev færdig den dag vi rejste :-9

Right in the heart of old Lisbon, steps away from everything. We stayed in early March and the level of night time noise was a bit loud, cannot imagine what it would be like in the height of the tourist season. That said, it was an amazing boutique hotel, and the staff were well trained and very professional. We were provided with a free welcome drink, bottle of wine in the room and unlimited bottled water as well. Had a kettle, nespresso machine and all the accouterments. Would recommend.

This hotel is just amazing. The staff were so lovely and courteous and oh the room was divine. Centrally located and a few steps away from most things. Will be staying there anytime I’m in Lisbon.

The hotel is very cool and the lobby/lounge/restaurant are the highlight. Unfortunately the hotel along with the entire country were dealing with heavy rains during my stay, which led to a leak from my window. They did comp my breakfast in the morning when I informed them which was a nice gesture. Would def come here again as the location was excellent.
